The Thirsty Cow Taphouse

Such a fun, clean, and delicious establishment! The staff were so attentive and kind, even entertaining my 2 year old grandson. The outdoor area and added yard toys made the experience even more delightful! The choices of drinks on tap, so yummy! For a party of 6 with 4 adults that participated in sampling the drinks…our tab was just over $100, cheapest we had drank and eaten while on vacation! Absolutely recommend if in the area!

Our visit here was a highlight of our day trip to Door County! The service was outstanding- they were especially friendly and accommodating with my child who has special needs and sometimes struggles in restaurants. The pretzel was amazing, and the best selection was great.

We’ve driven by here at least two dozen times and for some reason we never stopped. We missed out! We went tonight for dinner and a few beers and were so pleasantly surprised! The first thing we noticed was the service….everyone is so delightful! Previous reviews said that they have one of the best burgers in DC and I very much agree….great salad, too. Can’t wait to return for trivia night!

Nice atmosphere. Friendly workers. Enjoyed tasting the cocktails from the self serve bar. I would not return here for food. We came with another couple and ordered at the same time. We were finished eating before they even got their food. Meats were dry. Burger over cooked.

Not a large venue, but a super fun place to watch the Packers! This was our first tap wall experience and it was so much fun!
The service was next level great. Friendly staff that made us feel welcomed and explained everything. The selection of beverages is really good. I'm not a beer drinker, but the selection of non-beer options were amazing. There were ciders and cocktails. Would highly recommend!!

Staff were excellent. Super friendly, engaged and welcoming. There is a large selection of beers, ciders and cocktails. The self-pour concept was really fun. We stopped on a Saturday night, and it was busy, but everything was clean, service was prompt and the glasses were well-stocked. It is more of a bar atmosphere than a restaurant, but we had our young with us and felt totally comfortable. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Door County!

Great idee, tap your own beer. Very large selection of beers, ciders and seltzers. You get a wrist band and you can try all you want and pay by the ounce once done. Food was good too
