Grabbed a dog for lunch yesterday after walking past this stand a dozen times. Wally the owner is extremely personable and had great recommendations. We had the bahn mi dog and Greek dog - both were awesome. Loved the juxtaposition of the salty dog and the fresh veggie toppings. Will absolutely be back! Great spot!

We have been to Wally's twice and both times were absolutely delightful. The food is absolutely fantastic. Both times, we got the cherry bacon dogs with slaw and they were amazing. The second time we went, we also got the cheese curds and parmesan garlic fries. They were amazing. My son loved his gyro, as well. However, the main attraction is the friendly proprietor himself, Wally. He is professional, cheerful, engaging and extremely customer-oriented. We will definitely be visiting his delightful food truck again.

The atmosphere was very open and welcoming. owners told us a fascinating story about how they came to make/create this business. They also have a few other businesses -food trucks(most likely) The food was simple but good, and somewhat different, compared to most food places in Wisconsin. They focus on chicago styled hot dogs ( which you could've guessed from the name of the food truck). I would recommend this place to anyone on a budget(most restaurants are expensive in door-county)they have variety of foods from Gyros to salads. And have a nice view of the bay. Would Come back definitely in future trips!

Fantastic place to get a legit Chicago dog. Fresh cut fried and chicken kabobs were also great!
We went on their 2nd day open for the season. The only thing I would knock them for is being sold out of their gyros by the time we got there! But that just tells me their gyros are something to experience next time 😉 my boyfriend and I ordered dogs (Chicago and the Wisconsin) as well as Greek fries ... Oh. My. God. Everything was phenomenal!!! We were stuffed and extremely satisfied!! Will go back 10/10

I couldn’t even make it home. The smells were too enticing so I dug in the car. One bite, two words, holy crap! If you are within a 250 mile radius it is your duty to yourself to eat here. Better Chicago style food than I can get at home… Chicago.

Generous sized portions! The gyro had a lot of meat and was quite tasty. Prices were affordable. I also really enjoyed the garlic parmesian fries! Owner and his wife were nice too!
