Nice store, nice people, FLAVORLESS food! Ordered the double deluxe butter burger and fries. Fry's had no salt. And couldn't even taste the deluxe butterburger, other than the cheese that I asked them to NOT put on there! IDK I guess "no cheese" does not compute to a wisconsinite.. not sure what's going on with the lack of flavor.. maybe their stuff is sitting in the refrigerator for too long? IDK could have been remedied with a little salt, which they also seem to be totally against! Never eat here again!

The gentleman working the drive through window on 7/11/24 at 9:40PM was very professional and had a great attitude. Mind you this was 20 minutes before close on a Sunday night. You don't see this all the time anymore
The owner is a very good man. I even seen Dave himself and took my order they are busy every time I have been there. The staff now there jobs and and get it done very well.

Trust me I love Culvers as much as the next guy. However I went to this location today and got a simple concrete mixer with cookie dough. However, the one I received had something with peanut butter in it. Wouldn't be the worst thing if I WASNT DEATHLY ALLERGIC. I wouldn't even be leaving this review if the staff actually seemed like they cared about almost killing me. All I got was, "sorry sir, we have procedures to make sure this doesn't happen." Clearly the procedures weren't followed on my order and for the next 45 minutes as I felt my lungs close I had to worry about where the nearest hospital was. Please do better.
