Little slow and confused.

This Dairy Queen is just terrible. They’re beyond slow every time I’ve tried to go back and every single time I finally get to the window, my blizzard is liquid, and the employees seem to think that is ok to serve to customers. They don’t want to flip the blizzard because of the appearance, and hand me napkins with it, but don’t remake it? I’m done with this place.

Just waited for 25 minutes behind three cars. When they reached out to hand me my blizzard and turn it upside down like they're supposed to a bunch of it poured out and they still gave it to me as a soup instead of a blizzard.

I was under the impression that if they do not serve a blizzard to upside down the next one is free got my blizzard handed to me. I looked like soup. I had asked if my next blizzard would be free due to them, not handing it to me upside down the person that delivered my blizzard said due to extenuating circumstances that will not be the case. Give them a second shot unfortunately horrible experience again will not be returning.

20 minutes minimum wait for anything. Better off just going to culvers.

Despite the negative feedback on here I came to this location and my food was actually hot and fresh, kind of rude drive through service but will be back for the food.

Terrible terrible experience. do not go here if you are in a hurry. Been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes, 10 which was waiting for the man to take my order through the mic.

Kayley at the drive-thru is awful. I understand everyone needs a job, but she needs to understand that not every job is the right fit. Maybe something that doesn't require customer service would be better for her.

Thank you to whoever it was that could actually complete my order, but apologies to you for having a coworker/employee who requires that much assistance to complete the most basic of tasks.

Girl working is slow and rude!!! I will NEVER be back. Not to mention this is the slowest dairy queen I've ever seem, and I worked at one as a teen in a college town, we hustled our a*** not be as slow as possible and rude to every person we encountered. Lol to find out this place only has 1 star reviews. I ordered a small blizzard and a medium Sunday. The girl gives me my Sunday with ice cream that doesn't even go to the top of the cup. Mind you there is a picture right there displaying how high it should go for a small medium and large. They reluctantly remade it but I had to argue for it. Mind you she was giving me an odd smirk while handing me my order. If I pay for a medium just make a got damn medium thank you

Took for every to make a burger, I should’ve go to the kitchen and make it myself ?

This location is a train wreck. EVERY time I tried to go there, over the last two years, there is some issue. Everytime the employees are rude. Everytime the wait is ridiculous. The last three times, over the course of several months, they can not hear from the drive thru. If there is an issue with the microphone, why not just fix it? I left AGAIN today without ordering because the gal kept saying I can't hear you. I am not going to yell my order in a drive thru.

Slow as molasses

Waited in line at the drive through for 40 minutes. The girls gave me my 4 blissards no drink holder. My large drinks were not full the mediums were over full making a mess. Not going to Baldwin again. Services is super slow. Not a hurry in their steps. Don’t go here unless you are on a Sunday cruise!!

Wow, I didn't expect everyone to have horrible experiences here. But here's ours. We ordered the $7 meal deal. Cheeseburger Soda, Fries and a Sundae. Plus my friend wasn't really hungry but wanted a Sundae. So as others have said, The Sundae comes first before the regular food. Which frankly, I should've stopped there. The burger in the cheeseburger was like shoe leather and the fries were old and cold. I didn't complain about the burger, just chewed da hell out of it, but my friend took the fries back for a hopeful replacement and they refused. This DQ is a real mess when it comes to flow and quality. I'd stop again for the Ice cream things but I'm not taking a chance on the food again. Teeth are expensive and this really isn't a deal if I break one off chewing shoe leather.

So I pulled up and ordered a plain double cheeseburger. Even specified just cheese nothing else. Got to the window and almost immediately received my burger. I don’t go to Dairy Queen a ton but I found it odd my burger came up that fast. Anyways, I go to open the box and it’s got everything on it. No big deal, I’m not slamming a business for a mistaken order. These things happen. But when I went to pick this cheeseburger up, the bun was so hot it burned my hand. This Dairy Queen in Baldwin charged me $5 for a microwaved burger. I dare somebody from this location to tell me I’m lying. There’s no way something ready in under a minute would be atomically hot and the cheese puked out and hardened all over the cardboard box unless it was heated in a microwave
