I placed an order at 5:10 that said it would be 18-28 minutes. It then took 45 minutes to get my order. I was not apologized to or compensated for having to wait an extra 20 minutes.

I won't ever order from this Domino's again. Very little toppings, boxes crushed in on pizza, long wait, warm not hot, no garlic butter on crust-- BAD multiple times... I'm done! Baldwin Dominos you've lost my business. I'll gladly go to Hudson for Papa Johns instead!

By far the best Dominos. My friend in St. Paul said hers barely gives them cheese on their pizzas. Excellent staff and delivery drivers too.

Numerous issues with delivery. Ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and ended up with the Alfredo pasta but with mushrooms.

Darrell is quite possibly the worst customer service worker I've ever dealt with. Every time we order it takes 50 minutes or more. Sounds like management needs staffing training. By a frozen pizza, you'll be better for it.
Great pizza and great customer service. We tip very well and understand stuff happens. We received a wrong order before, but the staff were great at communicating with us and sent us a new pizza. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

This place a few year back was running a delivery scam to get kick backs from corporate even tho it’s a franchise… they got busted hahaha lol. The owner owns the Baldwin, Somerset, New Richmond and I do believe the Osceola location as well all 4 suck… they think it’s funny to put one or two very small pieces of green pepper on your pizza like it’s a garnishment to make your pizza look better or more appealing lol how stupid!!!!!!
I highly recommend getting pizza from none of these four locations ever!!!

I have been very impressed with the pizza choices and upgrades in menu. We love the Alfredo pizza. I don't know if you have changed recipes but to me and my family your pizza is so much better. We tried the Mac and cheese last time and enjoyed that also. We usually have the pizza delivered and the driver is always friendly and we never have a issue. We appreciate the service and tip appropriately.
