I ordered extra mushroom sauce for my mushroom swiss and when I got home there wasn't even a small spoon of sauce. It wouldn't have been so bad but they charged me 1.50 extra for the tiny amount. At least a half of the tiny cup would have been nice

You would think that going during lunch time, that you would actually get fresh, and even semi warm food, but no. Cold burger and curly fries. Definitely not worth the money.

Saw online they close at 10, it was 8:50 when I ordered. Wanted to sit inside to eat and the guy at the counter said if I could eat in 10 minutes or otherwise it has to be to go. I haven't stopped at this location in years and won't be back here.

Everything was just warm. Burger patties looked like they were microwaved. The chicken sandwich was rubbery. I thought this place had char broiled burgers. Nothing was good. Borderline gross.

Tried explaining to Jonathan my food was wrong, and that his employee told me the wrong topping that go on my burger and when I asked for no mushrooms he’s tells me not to “blame his employees” I can’t believe how disrespectful he was!! The largest (actual) hairball I’ve ever seen in food that was served. I wish I was making this up because that would’ve meant I didn’t take a bite from it. The hair ball was stuck in the cheese, so it was there when the sandwich was put together.
They had at least offered a refund. Feels like it’s a joke or something
