Around 8pm went through drive thru where the attitude of the drive thru attendant was lacking any kind of customer service. Also after asking for one additions sauce was given an eye roll. I feel this employee could be reminded they are in the food service industry which a good part of the job is customer service.

The drive through at this location can be painfully slow at times. Costs are also through the roof costing as much per persin as a sit down restaraunt.

I stop here a lot on my way back to work, I have other McDonaldâs or food choices I can stop at for a quick bite but I prefer this location as it has friendly staff, clean restaurant (including bathrooms), and the food is good here. Thank you to the staff at this location

Ordered a simple sausage mcmuffin. Sausage burned to a crisp. This Mc Ds has got to get better at some point. I will go to exit 10 and get fresher food and better service.

Almost daily, the tables are dirty. Rarely do they wipe down tables at lunchtime.
I have encountered rude employees at this location far to may times. I work in customer service and have see the looks that they give their customers and the way they talk to them. I know it can be stressful, but I was snapped at while in the drive-thru for asking a simple question after 15 seconds of silence. NOT OKAY! They need more customer service training at this location.
Iâve been going to this McDonaldâs for a couple of months they donât seem to know how to put a order or food together. Every burger I order is thrown in the box and falling apart before I get a bite and fries or chicken nuggets I get are cold not even warm and customer service half the the they wonât give you a receipt to return your order and this is ridiculous I worked in food for years itâs not that hard to put a little effort in it your job. Probably not going back

This place was very dirty. Almost every table needed to be cleaned of crumbs. The floor needed to be washed badly and was very slippery. Employee delivered our order to the table but no âthank youâ, âis there anything elseâ, âhave a good dayâ! Iâll pass the next time I drive through the area.
