A mediocre experience. Three young women were at the hostess stand and greeted us dryly. Our server was nice and attentive but not well-versed in the menu (which is extensive, to be fair). The building is neat but getting tired. The food was underwhelming and unexpectedly spicy. Service was timely. It was not busy while we were there on a Sunday evening. Very good fries though! Our kids enjoyed the aquarium.

Portions were sizeable! Even the appetizers were enough for a meal for 2. Kids portions were sizeable as well! More of an adult portion compared to most places. Food was good!! Definitely worth the reasonable price! Highly recommended!!

busy.. i get it… but got my food after waiting 40 minutes .. I was fine waiting but the food was cold when it arrived. the plate they served it on was warmer than the food.. 😡they remade the food. but waited another 20 minutes

Good - fresh food. Server was great when they were able to be attentive, but was stretched so thin with several tables and a decent walk back-and-forth that service times were long and seemed frustrated, but still kind.

We do really like The Phoenix grill. We usually get the Cuban, it is so good! Tonight i tried the parmesian crusted walleye and she had the pork burrito bowl. Honestly the walleye was disappointing, it was fairly small and not great flavor. I have had parmesian crusted walleye before elsewhere, and the fillet was large and it had a nice flavorful somewhat thick crusted parmesian on it, set the bar pretty high I loved it. This one tonight wasn't really crusted at all and sadly tasted kinda fishy, was it even walleye? Sorry but it was over $27 so I'm disappointed, and I would have told the server but she didn't ask how the food was. The burrito bowl was excellent though, large portion and very good!

We took our Circle K managers for our Holiday lunch and the food and service( amy) were exceptional.
This place is great. We use this place for a meeting once a year and the food is always spot on.

This place is a must. Great selection of food and prices were good. On the other hand, Our waitress was less than friendly, didn't smile, didn't come check on our table once we got our food. The only that time there was any dialog w us except taking our order was when she dropped our bill off and said that was thanks. We had to ask another staff member for a to go box and where to pay.

First time eating here and I got the Cuban with fries. I had an emotional moment. The fries don't need ketchup. They're amazing. Crunchy flaky amazing. Then the sandwich... Juicy saucy toasted passport to heaven. Then clean up the sauce with a few fries and que the emotional moment. It was perfect.... Thank you.

Wow, their food was really good and prepared really well. They take plates out of your way when you don’t need them. Their Mushroom ravioli was absolutely delicious. Everyone they treat you With such kindness and care. I recommend if you have a group over seven or six, then you should probably make a reservation. Overall, it’s a great place to go with such a welcoming environment and their food. Tastes absolutely amazing!!
