The young ladies that work here need some customer service training! This is the second day in a row where I have experienced rudeness and a complete lack of customer service. A smile and “thank you” go along way, and when you make a mistake, apologize and remake the drink-making excuses and acting like it is an inconvenience is not customer service.

Scooters is now one of my guilty pleasures! Quick service and the staff is wonderful. Obsessed with their matcha and their red bull infusions. They always have fun themes and specials with each season to mix it up.

I went today to caffeinate before heading to the office and was unsure how to order what I had the time before! Not only did they help me figure it out but they were the sweetest people and let me sample the other drink as well!!
