Multiple times now where I have ordered from the drive through and my order is completely wrong. The people that work there are nice and helpful but I’m not sure what is going on with their order system….

12/20/24 - 5pm. Weirdest experience... put in my order on the drive through board, and it came out completely wrong. The sandwiches weren't even close to correct. Supposed to be 2 toasted chicken bacon subs (1 6inch, 1 footlong) with the same bread, toasted, mayo on one ranch on the other and nearly the same toppings.
What did I get? 2 footlongs, no bacon on either, ranch and mayo on 1, no sauce on the other and the tomatos missing from 1.... got it togo to eat in the road and what a crazy way to get it completely wrong. The workers were friendly and I'd never had this issue here before but wow....

Apparently new management means they need to learn how to read the orders all over again. Just when it was starting to become decent here, it's right back to being a dump for service all over again

HORRID service. Waited for a pick up order in the drive thru only to be stuck behind someone else for 15 minutes. Waited inside for another 20 minutes, because they haven’t even started my order yet (even when the screen said my order was ready). Order is always incorrect and staff don’t seem to care either way.

The only good thing that ever came out of this place is my relationship. Back when this location was still next to Kwik Trip, our manager suggested that my coworker and I start dating and it's been fantastic! Other than that, food, service, and cleanliness are kinda mid. Sometimes I come back purely for nostalgia, but then I'm quickly reminded why I don't eat here when the ingredients are all messy and probably expired, and the store is a mess but you can hear people goofing around in the back. I saw a sign out front that says there's new management, so I sincerely hope things improve here.

I recently placed an online order at Subway, but unfortunately, the staff failed to deliver. Literally. They couldn't even follow a simple online order, which led to errors and frustration.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude and senseless when I tried to address the issue. It was clear that they weren't interested in providing good customer service or resolving the problem.
I expect more from a popular chain like Subway. If you can't get the order right and treat customers with respect, then what's the point? Hopefully, the management will take steps to improve the staff's training and attitude.

So I came in tonight around 8:15pm and got a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese with the All American sub meat on it. It's supposed to be toasted and I saw the person put the sub in the toaster, but I got home and my sub is not "crunchy" like normal and the cheese isn't even melted. Normally I can tell that it's toasted. This sub has bacon on it so it either toast to be toasted or bacon has to be heated. I'm not sure if the oven didn't work correctly or if he didn't press a correct button but something seems off.Otherwise the customer service was amazing! The lady who works the weekend shift is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

I ordered through doordash but the sub was so underwhelming. It was called the monster but it had basically zero veggies and hardly any meat. I would not order it again.

My sub was nothing but bologna not good didn't get what i ordered which was a subway club but the poor girl had to deal with a ride customer before us so I'm sure they were flustered the customer was quite rude to them poor
