Came here on a lunch date with my aunt and order a wrap with no tomatoes and it came out with a tomato basil tortilla wrap. I said something to the manager and she told me that’s how they come there is nothing she can do about it. No where on the menu does it say anything about a tomato basil wrap if it did I wouldn’t have ordered it. She begins to have an attitude so I told her I’d like to speak with her boss. She then starts taking pictures of me. Then proceeded back the behind the bar where you could clearly hear talking disrespectful about me. Very rude customer service. I wouldn’t recommend eating here at all.

Always a great experience! I’ve visited this place numerous times over the past several years, mostly for their pizza, which is out of this world. Stopped last night on snowmobiles and had the Frisco burger and it was so so so so good! As were the fries. They have tons of sides to choose from! I need to mention that it was New Year’s Eve and the bartender/servers were super friendly, attentive, fun, and welcoming. So were the customers! Being in the business myself, We tend to be more critical and I was impressed. It really meant a lot and made me want to make sure I go there more often! And did I mention it was NYE? Nobody wants to work on NYE and they Had the best attitude. Nice job! This place is Very well run and a true gem. Highly recommend!

We love Doc's! Quick, attentive, friendly service! Great food! Awesome hot dagos & pizza! I love the breakfasts!! Heather is the best bartender! We had Hannah today & she was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Doc's in Balsam Lake. 💯😁

The food is very good and you get lots of it. However, the service is lacking. I ate there twice in 24 hours. The service in the first evening was poor. Very slow to even bring the check. The service around noon the next day was okay. We did get refills on the drinks which was nice, but have definitely got better service elsewhere. Atmosphere is consistent with a typical small town restaurant. Overall, I recommend this place but please don't expect too much in the way of service.
