Waited for a little over an Hour for food. There was one other table of party of 3 and 4 other people at the bar. We had to cough excessively to get any attention. Food came out wrong. Our bartender/waiter gal checked on us one. She told another person in my party to wait when we went to pay our bill and we waited for another 30 minutes. The other table we had got top tier service, they got asked how their food was and everything else. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
Staff is nice, margaritas are delicious. It would be better if they offered gluten free buns and pizza crust.
Pizza was really delicious 😋 wanted to go to another different restaurant. The salad bar was good and very fresh.had a nice dinner.
I've been Doc's a few times, and out of a bar in Polk county it's pretty surprising on how good the food is, but being balsam lake I'd expect just a tad bit better. When I go to Docs I typically order pizza, but it's not just any pizza it's good pizza which lets face it no bar in the area minus Club 35 serves good pizza, it's all just frozen thin crust non-sense, but I really haven't had a complaint for any time I've been to Doc's.
Love this place has great food. Watch out though on Friday & Saturday breakfast only all the way until 1:00 p.m.. This was a big bummer. I was craving a mushroom & swiss burger on a yummy bun. We were not happy about this.
Love everything about this place. Bbq brisket every time

Breakfast is always good. But the bartender sat night was definitely the most rude lady ever. I definitely wouldn't go here in the evening. I know I am not the only one due to the fact they said the same thing at other bars. If the reality and talk around town are the same maybe get a different bartender nights.

I will say I’ve ordered from Docs for over a year. Never not been disappointed. But got my order tonight, delivery order (house pizza and cream cheese wontons) pizza had mini pepperonis on it and the wontons with no sauce. Called to express my concerns after spending $40 on an order and got hung up on. Twice. Second time they didn’t even answer just hung up on me when they saw me calling after the first time they hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Worst I’ve experienced. Do not recommend at all any longer!

Very disappointed in their pizza. The crust is definitely not homemade. We ordered a pizza to go. When we opened it the toppings were wrong and pepperoni was charred black.
The outside area was nice

The restaurant features a pleasant patio area, although it's worth noting they do not offer tap beer there. We experienced longer-than-expected wait times; specifically, we waited over an hour for our appetizers and two hours for our main courses. It would have been helpful if they had communicated this delay sooner so we could have made an informed decision. Despite the wait, the food itself was quite impressive. The burgers were generously sized, and the wings were exceptionally flavorful.
