Been going to Indianhead since I was a kid. Always loved it. We were there for our anniversary May 2. Food was good, but not great and service was not up to par. Will always be back and I also understand there will be off nights and fully expect the next time to be 5 star +.

My husband and I have been coming to Indianhead Supper Club for many years. We always had a wonderful experience until last night when we took our friends there for a special celebration we were “hurried” by being told that someone was waiting for our table! We hadn’t even finished our beverages yet. We thought it was very rude of the hostess. We downed our drinks paid our bill then got up and left. She was very unfriendly which really ruined our experience. We don’t like the way we were treated so it may be awhile before we go back there again! Unhappy Customers ?

We visited the first time tonight for dinner. The place is so cute! Love the old school supper club atmosphere and the elderly woman playing the piano. Our server was wonderful as was our dinner. Only issue to be aware of is the bathrooms are down a stairwell in the basement. The 94 year old grandma with us for dinner could never have gotten to the bathroom and we had to quick get her home. My assumption that most places are all ADA compliant was wrong.

Previously I'd give 5 stars. Went last night and are experience was ok. Hostess was rude and barking at us when we arrived on time for our reservation. Waitress was warm, pleasant and did a great job. Food was just ok. No seasoning or crust on the prime rib, potatoes were cold. Alfredo lacked flavor and was runny. Unfortunately we won't be back to one of our favorite supper clubs. Disappointing it's not the same as it once was.

Got my parents a 150$ gift card and accidentally forgot to use it, so it was two months expired. Whoever the lady is that answered the phone said that it was a “tax right off” and they missed out on it due to the late use. She put up a fuss and wasn’t sure that we’d be able to use it. Big whoop, I gave them my money. They honored the gift card and I thank them for that. Otherwise, I won’t be going there myself? Good customer service matters. She should be in the back.

This is the second time we have been here and we will not be returning. The first time the server was great but the hostess was very rude. We got there a few minutes early and was rudely told our reservations weren’t for awhile but she said fine she would sit us down. Made us feel very unwelcome.The second time we went for our family Christmas dinner. Our waitress was extremely rude and had no patience. We asked her to repeat parts of the specials and she huffed and was irritated. My son never got his food as she forgot to put in his order. She ended up putting it in very late and it took too long and we left so he didn’t even get to eat . Everyone’s food took very long which we understand with a group but we were there almost 3hours from start to finish. Also when we arrived the hostess was rude to our daughters which made them uncomfortable. They let her know our name and how many people she rudely snapped back and said we had a reservation for 11 and NOT 10 and treated them poorly.It’s too bad as it’s a great atmosphere and good food, but when you’re made to feel like a major inconvenience from start to finish there is no way we will be back.(We also have to actually drive there to make reservations as you people never answer your phones )
The last time we were here, our server was extremely rude. She didn't tell us about the specials, and was annoyed when we asked about them. A side dish that my wife ordered, she was told, those are gone. You have to get here earlier than this if you want that with your dinner. Sounds like very poor planning if a popular item runs out every day. She brought the wrong drinks, the food was undercooked and some was cold. She never returned to our table after bringing our food until she brought the bill, which was close to $300.00. We won't be returning. There are many other places around here you can get much better service and food for a lot less money.

The staff was exceptional. Great food (warm Brie, prime rib, sirlion, crème brûlée and lava cake)! Very accommodating when we called last minute and they were full but squeezed us in! Heather was a great server and the staff was all so friendly! Sorry no more food photos as we ate everything too quick!
