Service was superior, food was less. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich, which was awful. Probably the worst I've ever had. Fries were just ok, nothing special. Reason for review is the sandwich, wouldn't let my dog eat. Dont get my wrong, I usually like A&W food, but this time was horrific.

Everyone is very sweet! I’ve visited twice while on work trips and the chicken is juicy and the rootbeer freeze is always banging. Thanks guys!
Used to be good. Was there yesterday, horrible service, 5 females standing around talking...had to ask if I had to go to drive through to get waited on after standing inside for over 5 minutes. Then when food was finally ready I watched my burger sit there and then watched the onion rings sit there while the 5 of them scrolled their phones etc...I asked one person is that my order and no response. Finally the person who watied on me casually went over picked up the burger....then another person finally walked the onion rings over to her instead of her getting them. Obviously food was cold and service was pathetic. We will never go back there. It was a to go order.

Was that drive-through at 9:40 pm nobody answered and then when we went in, the girl didn’t even have the headset on she had it around her neck and she said she didn’t like to wear it food was cold. I’m not done properly. There was a chemicals by the soda machine and that is unsanitary and when she brought us our food, she said we close in 10 minutes just so you know in a rude way. Servers name is. Mildreh R. Store Bellevue worst experience we had something needs to be done about this girl

Friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere to enjoy your meal. The food was brought out by a worker for me and was hot and delicious. Would definitely go to this location again.

Everytime I go, I get Katia. This review goes out to her. She does such an amazing job! Such a sweetheart! I love her. She deserves to get recognized, she deserves to be appreciated, and she deserves a raise! She makes my day so much. I don't go for food, I go to see her! She gets 5 star from me. This place is so lucky to have her as an employee!
