me and my mans went out for dinner and the first thing, we had about a 5 minute wait just waiting for a table. finally someone acknowledged us and found a seat for us. not to mention, when we got to the table, it was dirty and had crumbs. okay no biggy :) we just gently wiped it off and continued with our night!
we were met with our server who was very nice and kind. did our order perfectly and made sure to rely information back to us making sure it was accurate.
while we sit and wait, i’m looking around at the restaurant and i can’t help but think, there’s a really weird smell, and there was just a garbage can just sitting out next to us. my boyfriend had to get up and move it for us… the floors were filthy full of food and garbage, someone was yelling across the restaurant to tell people to find a spot. it’s just a little unprofessional.
the atmosphere is nice tho, if kept up a little better; the place is nice to bring a date or your buddies :) the food was great overall. we both got the Dinner for 2, 10 boneless and fries :). I’d come and eat again, but I do think these things could be improved to really make the experience better :)

I ordered through Uber Eats so I honestly didn't expect the food to be piping hot. But it did seem colder than usual and I'm 10 mins away from the restaurant. I ordered the 20 boneless wings deal and only got 19. The boneless wings were literally kids chicken nugget size. I could have just bought them from the grocery store and added my own sauce. And the seasoning for the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic was barely noticeable. I would say I would just stick to the mushroom Swiss burger but that isn't really good any more and it's smaller.

We were never able to try the food. We got a drink. The staff ignored us completely. We were there for 45 minutes. I would not recommend going there to west side Buffalo wild wings.

We live next to Lambeau Field- went in to the BDUBS in Ashwaubenon and were sat, and waited ten minutes and never saw our server, there were servers walking around in the dining area talking, and there was one other table sat and all the people had their food.. So we left, and came to this BDUBS- were immediately greeted and sat, promptly had drinks and food ordered (and our server was excellent) I wish I had remembered his name he was a younger guy.. food came out quickly, drinks were good- food was exactly what I wanted. It’s a further drive than we like but it’s worth it when I’m having that craving. We’ll be back!

apparently, the manager loves the volume so loud you can't talk to anyone at your table. We tried to go in there to eat. It was so loud and they’re literally playing commercials during basketball games at such volume I could not hear the waitress asking me my order. I asked her about it, and she said the manager has chosen the volume.. It was literally painful. Just a miserable experience. Love the food so it really sucks the volume is so horrible.

This is a really good b-dubs. Wings came out fast and hot and with plenty of sauce. Service is good. The downside is it’s just that the prices have gotten out of control. Over 20$ for 15 bone in wings. For that much I will just make my own wings at home next time.

Food was over a half hour late. It was cold. The order was wrong and it was the most poorly run restaurant that I’ve ever seen sitting at the bar for an hour waiting for my food. It’s the entire management staff should be replaced.
Waited 40 minutes past pickup time!! The restaurant wasn't even busy, maybe 10 tables.

A bad experience to remember. First, our server Lily got one of the orders wrong—bringing a burger instead of the chicken cheesesteak we asked for. When we pointed it out, she corrected the mistake, but the replacement arrived after we had already finished our meals. On top of that, one of the other two meals came without fries, even though they were listed (and charged for) on the receipt. To make matters worse, the drinks were filled with ice, leaving barely any room for the actual juice. Disappointing overall.

Terrible service. Very long wait. Apps came out after I had finished a 15 piece boneless wing and eat very slow. As a bonus I also ordered sweet BBQ wings and received honey BBQ wings even after I clarified to the waitress two times that I wanted sweet BBQ. After I had finish my meal and then the apps came out the waitress took my friends fork.
