There was an issue on our order where our sweet tea was forgotten, we weren’t able to travel back to get it but before I even realized that it was missing, management called, wanted to immediately rectify the situation. Most places would say “hey, they didn’t say anything so it’s their issue” but for them to go out of their way to let us know and on top of it make it right. I’m completely blown away. The integrity and just all around amazing staff just makes it hard to go anywhere else. We love you guys and you’ll always have loyal customers In us.

of course its good service its chik fil a lmao, imagine buying a 12 pack of nuggets and theyre not only stale but its a 6 pack, then the fries were old too. nasty ass food, oh and they gave me honey roasted bbq which on my receipt it says honey mustard. insane

Chick Fil A is a special stop after Costco, our closest one is 2 hours away from where we live. Everything was great, save for the grilled chicken nuggets, both my gluten free Mom and my Celiac son did not care for the seasonings on them. And my son usually isn't picky when it comes to protein, especially having ketchup alongside to dip it in, but he would not eat them.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, the Green Bay location next to Costco has a clean play place.
The new Chick-fil-A in Bellevue is great. We have been there at least 3 times since they opened and everything ordered has been correct and cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly each time. Not sure how Chick-fil-A does it but they are top notch on fast friendly service. We had better food here than the nearby new Culver's.

As far as Chick fil A goes this one is definitely not up to par. The girl taking our order messed up 2 different things. Then the food came and they gave us one item wrong, we didn't get pickles on either of our sandwiches, and the apples in the fruit cup we got were half rotten. Chick fil A is by far my favorite restaurant, but this one is not the one to eat at.
This place is struggling. I have never had a bad experience at a chick fil a until I went to this one. The food is bland compared to other chick fil A’s. They are always forgetting your sauces or giving the wrong ones. The workers seem confused, and things move very slowly. I guess I’ll just have to keep driving across town to the one in Ashwaubenon, because it is always on point even when they are slammed.

Officially the slowest Chick-fil-a ever. Almost 15 min to get food after I ordered. I didn’t order anything special. Just a spicy biscuit and lemonade.

Great new location with the new mobile lane! As someone from Georgia, the breakfast here is SO GOOD!
Horrible operations. One line for drive through and one line inside to order. Other drive through second line is for mobile orders which never has any cars. Both lines are constantly long. Recommend they follow the operations at the location by the bay park square mall. The chickfila by the mall has operations down so well. There is also barely any seating inside.
