Ok, Costco, look! I have social Anxiety. I have to plan my whole time in your store. The noise and chaos is overwhelming enough without your people coming when i am trying to check out and asking me to upgrade my membership! Honestly, i tried it. It is not worth it! LEAVE ME ALONE! Costco, who in the past has allowed the mask exemptions mentioned in our state mandate, has now said that I am not welcome to shop there. They are discriminating against those of us who cannot wear a mask! I will no longer be shopping there.

That’s the kind friendly service that we see from the staff there; like Alex, Allen, Kenny, and many more. It’s like family when you walk in the door and they know your first name and the comfort level is like at home. As far as service, yesterday I had my tires rotated and I was pleased in the timely manner it was completed. The gentleman there were nice and even asked me how my day was; I appreciate that.
I would not recommend Costco in Bellevue’s Tire Center. I went to get my tires changed. It’s my first time getting my tires changed there. I’m not sure what their process is, so I asked. The man that was at the register on 8/24/20 @ 10 AM has terrible customer service skills. He needs to be retrain on customer service skills. He was very rude and not very informative at all. Instead of answering my questions, he rolled his eyes. I have to repeat my questions twice to get a re

Early shopping for seniors is awesome. Traveled from the UP on April 16, 2020 to take advantage of early shopping, our first return to Costco since February 5th. Georgie checked us out and she was terrific as were everyone assisting her. We missed where the butter was moved to and they kindly retrieved it for us. From start to finish, we were impressed with the care and attention to social distancing and making our shopping experience a pleasant one. Thank you so much!

On March 21, 2020 for my first shopping experience at Costco. Extremely impressed how fast they can move a line of shoppers with full carts. Prices on many items are very good, and will definitely be doing more shopping at Costco! Bellevue put together a great team to get everyone through the line so fast. maybe 5min in line, 2min to checkout, and the line went almost to the back of the store!
