they literally always friggin neglect me and my order when i go through the drive through. i’ve been in line for 10-15 minutes now for a singular scoop of the day in a cup. why have two lines for the drive through if one gets ignored?

Good but high calorie food. Never had any issues with food quality or presentation but it can be annoying seeing just a large number of employee's standing behind the counter doing nothing. I don't understand why Culver's pays all these kids to just stand behind the counter doing nothing. It's not just this one it's all Culver's.

Almost an hour waiting in drive through for 2 scoops of custard. The workers are busy and doing what they can so this low rating has to go to management or their workflow. You’ve got 1 poor worker on the comms and scooping ice cream.

I tend to have drive through anxiety but these Culver’s workers were so patient the guy taking our orders patiently waited through my slow ordering and answered my questions the girl taking payments (who has colored eyelashes) was so patient and kind as me and my sister paid with multiple gift cards and the woman handing out orders (a adult woman with short brown hair) came out and politely handed everyone their orders thank you Culver’s workers for you customer service

The amount of times that we have not received our entire order is shocking. They’re consistently bad, slow and forgetful. Never been to a Culver’s like this one, needs a lot of work.
We ordered dinner the other night and we sat and waited for our food for almost 45 minutes. When we got our food, both of our burgers were wrong, we were missing food and our ice cream was also wrong. The only thing they didn't mess up was the french fries and cheese curds.

Over $4 for a single caramel cashew that was half melted and half full. Absolutely terrible, we had 4 dishes of custard like that. So disappointed and won't be going back for ice cream again.

This has to be the worst Culver's location in the state of Wisconsin. Ordered a double bacon deluxe and got so much mayonnaise on the burger that there was a gob of mayo hanging on the side of the sandwich. Open the bun up and wiped off the equivalent of 4 ounces of mayo off and there was still too much. It was so gross that I didn't eat most of it. Unacceptable. When I called to complain the manager was rude to me when I told her I had a picture to prove it. She also stated that she thinks she knows who did it. Promised to send me a free meal coupon. Never got it. Called and asked to talk to the GM who wasn't there. The female manager I spoke with rudely told me the coupon was probably already in the mail. Still have not gotten it. Went to this location again today and had to ask for my straw and was not given any napkins or cutlery for my chili cheese fries. Do better. I chose to eat at Culver's because they have higher standards than other fast food restaurants. This isn't up to the Culver's standards.
