My order was missing an item called the store to make them awsre of it. Shift manager asked if I lived clise enough to drive back. Took down all the information from my order slip. Said the manager would contact me the next day to reimburse me. 3 weeks later, I have not heard from them. Check your orders before you go.

Food is good, the wait was a bit longer than usual. The restaurant wasn't busy either. Increase efficiency across workers. The amount of workers in here is more than enough. More people need to jump in and help out.

Went to new Culvers in Bellvue to dine in with family. Restaurant clean. Ordered our food, but were missing fries from our order and had to go up to get them. Had a Pot Roast sandwich and I will say to NEVER order it there. There was barely any meat and the meat was dry as shoe leather. The sauce was in a packet to apply. Not great for a $7 sandwich. I usually enjoy this location but not a great experience tonight.
They need to hire employees without body piercing, natural color hair, look respectable.

Sat in the drive-through for 18 mins for a regular onion-ring. Six cars went through while I waited. The server came out and walked right past my car. Came back, went inside. Came back out, walked past my car again. Then came back to my car. Asked what I ordered. I told her that the onion rings were cold and soggy. SMH, poor start. This is my 3rd time at this location, 2nd poor experience here. I've only ever been to Culver's 6x in my life. Good thing they have good onion rings, but I will go to the Mason St Location now.

I love this place. They have awesome selection of foods, and custards. Everything is made freshly and not just that this place is SO clean. I really think that everyone should like this place. Thank you Culver's for the awesome food. And the wait time is only like 3-6 min. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
