Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

It was our first visit to Freddy's. We ordered the grilled cheese burger, prime rib burger, tots, fries, and turtle shakes. The food was fabulous! Loved the different fry sauces. We wish we knew we could get malts. When we asked the cashier some questions about the sandwiches and told her it was our first time there, we got stared at. This isn't in an area we travel to much, so we'll probably order delivery if we get it again.

Denisha was working the drive through. She had the worst customer service skills I've EVER SEEN. TIME TO RETRAIN HER AND TEACH HER BASIC SKILLS!

This is the 2nd time I visited there and both times it disappointed me.
Ordered key lime pie concrete, seems like they just give me vanilla ice cream. No pie, no lime flavor at all. When I go back ask the cashier they seem don’t care.
Another time I had similar experience with the food. I will never go back and not recommend others to go there. Waste of money.

Went through the drive-thru to get burgers. They were pretty good. We were impressed. They were a little pricey but I felt they were worth the cost.

This was my first time going and hands down the best burger and shake ive had in decades!!! Plus the sweetest sexyiest General Manager!! Christina!

First time at Freddy’s and it won’t be the last! I had the California Style burger meal, and I loved that I could substitute it with an Oreo peppermint shake – which was amazing! The food was delicious, and the service was good. The only suggestion I have is to keep up on cleanliness; a quick sweep and a wipe-down of tables would make the experience even better. Looking forward to my next visit!

We had it delivered and it was missing an item. The food was okay. We are hoping that it was because it was delivered and not as fresh as if we were there… we are going to try it there and rescore … we want to love you

Waited almost 30 minutes to get a burger with raw insides. Never coming back. There was enough oil in the cheese curd box to run my car engine. Welp I guess my dog will have a $14 dollar meal
