I ordered Freddy’s for lunch for my family and I via DoorDash. I spent $17 on two bottles of the fry sauce and the jalapeño fry sauce (yes I know DoorDash adds on extra charge for items) just for both of them to be not in the bag… I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times just for it to go to voicemail, which I understand it may be busy on a Saturday afternoon but I called at least 4 times and I waited about an hour in between each call. This Freddy’s location it definitely the worst one I’ve been too, we’ve dined in as well as been through the drive through multiple times since this place opened and the food is always good but the service has always been terrible and the store is always messy. Will not be returning to this location again, today way the cherry on the cake.

Overall a great experience - my son was really impressed with the burger & chili cheese fries.
The guy who was at the cash register (blue jeans/glasses) definitely needs a raise. He was so friendly & helpful with everyone. They forgot to make our ice cream & then made it incorrectly but it was still a 5-star experience because that one guy went out of his way to have awesome customer service.

Wonderful flavor but no a great service. Waiting time at drive thru is long and they miss items from the order.

I liked the burger tasty greasy and salty and the fries are really thin and crispy. Prices seemed fine even tho the burgers are kind of small.

We haven't even tried the food yet due to terrible service. I am so disappointed in the service of this location. I have family over and we decided to order 4 combos. When we went to pick up they said everything was in the bag. We arrived home and they forgot to provide drinks. We went back. When we arrive, they say that they are out of custard for the 2 drinks. So they deliberately lied and then did not have the custard to even make the drinks. The service worker knew that the drinks weren't in there and lied. Then said only fountain drinks were available. Left a terrible experience for our family and do not recommend anyone go through service like this.

Stopped here just to try the food since it's a new burger chain and it's close to Costco.
A party of (2) Both ordered the California burger, split an order of onion rings and a chocolate brownie delight shake. The food was just simply ok and it was expensive at $26 for 2 burgers, 1 medium shake and 1 order of onion rings. We both didn't care for the burger bun which pretty much fell apart as you were trying to eat the burger. We found that Freddy's entices you to put their app on your phone with the promise of a free steak burger or concrete drink. We did this a couple of hours ahead of time expecting to get a free burger when we stopped in. However, unlike other fast food apps that give you the free item right away, Freddy's waits at least 24 hours before you see the reward. We found this misleading. The food here was just simply ok. Nothing that would make me recommend this place or ever come back especially with Culvers one block away. We were the only customers in the place for the 35 minutes we were there and after eating here, we can see why.

We went through the drive thru the other day and ordered 1 thing. There was three cars in front of us and it took 40 minutes to get to the 2nd window

The worst experience I have ever had at the Freddy’s on Costco Way in Bellevue Wi!!
I ordered a Strawberry Shake and was told they don’t do Shakes😳 🤦‍♀️ I ordered a Single Plain Hamburger and got a double cheeseburger 🤦‍♀️ the onion rings I ordered were all stuck together 🤷🏻‍♀️ When I brought these issues to the attention of the worker she said the person who took my was new, was rude and offered nothing to rectify the situation but did say I could purchase a shake 😂 Won’t be going back!!

Not sure if this chain just pays awful or what but from Kansas to Green Bay and everywhere in between these places are horribly slow paced and always under staffed. Shortest I’ve ever waited, with literally no one else in the store, is 17 minutes. If you’re going to rip off Culver’s you gotta do better.
