Got a to go meal which I only live 5 mins away from this Freddy's the Burgers were ok but the fries I got were cold and the cheese curds I got were the same not terrible but I've had better.

The service was fine, the dining area was clean. The price wasn't terrible. But the food was just meh. It wasn't bad it just wasn't great either. If you are choosing between this and Culvers which is literally across the street, I would choose Culvers each time.

Drive thru order of 1 bacon cheeseburger with pickles and onions no mustard, 2 regular burgers minus mustard. The bacon cheeseburger was drenched with ketchup and the mustard was wiped off the other 2 burgers (there was still visible mustard on the burger, onions, pickles, and bun). Just the amount the burgers had to be handled to wipe the mustard off is disgusting. Complete rip off of $34, as the fries and sodas were the only edible items.

Tldr; last two experiences have been terrible, go to CulversGave this place multiple chances, but after the last two experiences I'm done. First one I ran during my lunch break for a burger and chesse curds. Burger was bland and cold and 90% of my cheese curds were overcooked and had exploded. I voiced my displeasure and against my better judgement accepted a refund and a gift card to give them a second chance. Went for lunch on a day off and got a completely different order than what I ordered. At least I used the gift cards so this experience only cost me my time. My advice, go to Culvers. It's right down the road and I have yet to have one bad experience.

Stopped in on fed 25 2024 at 4:00pm and just stood at the front counter as I watched employees come and go but no one would stop to take my order. After standing there for awhile I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Restaurant looked very dirty as well. Things are changing in the fast food industry I guess.

My wife and I love Freddie's! We were excited to try the new location. We will never be back!! For a new facility this place was disgusting, garbage all over the floor in the kitchen the guy getting food ready had what appeared to be flower and whatever all over his shirt so every time he reached for something, his shirt and belly are touching food. He had on a pair of gloves that were pointless, he was doing all sorts of stuff and going back to handling food with the same gloves. When our food was prepared and ready (we were debating driving off at this point) the guy at the drive thru was to busy texting on his phone thank God, this gave us time to drive off. Freddie's are generally very clean and ran well by staff, not this one. We will not be back, no second chances here!
This was our first time at Freddy’s in Bellevue – just outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The food was really good, and the atmosphere was bright and fun! And everything was so clean…I had personal interactions with Christopher, who took our order, and was a very pleasant and humourous young man. So refreshing! I also spoke briefly with the store manager, who also left a favourable impression. We definitely will go back!!
