I ordered a simple turkey tom sub with bacon and salami. My order took about 45+ minutes to get to me even though i’m only about 6 minutes away from the store. I didn’t actually get to my food until about little over an hour after i ordered it because the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions and put my order tucked away behind a wall on a counter where no one could see. ON TOP of that i’m MISSING items that i PAID for on my sub. Im extremely frustrated, disappointed and not happy at all. When i called explaining my frustration no efforts were made to try and make things right. i just got store credit for my two missing items…. I don’t even want to go back to this store after this. I wanted an extremely LONG time for simple little sub and when i finally got it my order wasn’t even right. that’s upsetting

Missing food and they didn't mark anything but 1 sub and kinda another! So i have to open up each one to see what it was. Terrible service that they can't get an order right. The subs are not cheap and when you walk in and see more thN 5 workers behind the counter then there's an issue. I live 20min away so I want a free sub for this!

Great service and the worker even informed me of the potential new rewards system changing. My sandwich was way bigger than usual. Most jj bread is skinny and hard. This batch was bigger than I’ve had a subway and no it wasn’t the gigantic option. Great meat to cheese ratio today too. Usually I can barely taste the cheese! (I got the beach club).

The service, food, and staff were completely horrible here. I walked in to hear a female worker loudly complaining about staffing. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 chips, and 2 drinks. They didn't place my items in a bag, didn't even offer a bag. When opening the sandwiches, I didn't even get the extra cheese I paid for on all 3 sandwiches. Complete and utter waste of time and money. While leaving the parking lot, I sae another customer come out with his hands full and no bag.

I ordered a sub for delivery at the business where I work. An hour went by and there was no delivery. I contacted the store who stated that my food had been delivered 15-20 minutes prior. I contacted the reception desk who informed me another department got a delivery but not myself. I walked down to the department and learned that my food was packaged in their order. The manager on duty was VERY rude and told me that my food was not in the wrong bag (even though it was) and that my food was delivered. I don't care what happened at the store .. the point is my food ended up in the wrong spot and was not packaged or delivered properly and that is not my fault, contrary to the manager's belief. NONE of the subs were labeled upon delivery to the other department either. Therefore, when they got my sub, they had to open and touch it to determine who's food it was. I can't even believe how disrespectful this person was on the phone. I'd consider looking harder for more professional and pleasant management.

I've noticed a huge downshift in quality. My sandwiches are mostly empty and half the size they used to be. Very disappointing. I thought it was a one off but it's been a very steady decline. Got the spicy Italian this time and it had 3 peppers on it, one half of the sandwich had no meat/cheese on it at all.

Good sandwich many people on staff probably too many working at once.
Long walk from parking lot.
Clean facilities.
Higher prices and atmosphere is not great.
Would I recommend this place?
Probably not except out of necessity.

Parking: Parking was far away for those on crutches etc
