Service: I gave this rating due to it took 2 people to grind like 5 bags of coffee to go(Reindeer coffee). 1 person was not doing much and line was long. I was the next person, and realized it would be better to come back to the line later(30 min). It was better to have conversation with friends at table until things settled down. Did the grind coffee sell out that there was none on the day of. That took 20-25 mins all by itself. Would come back again for the food. The wraps were better than I imaged!!

The staff here are always really nice and I love the food, but management really needs to hire more people! You can tell the staff is really busy and always working, so this is pretty clearly on management to fix.
One of my favorites. Excellent real food, great coffee drinks.
Had the most delightful Lavender, Honey, Rose 🌹 Water 💧 Latte, every flavor was present and just danced on my tongue. The aroma itself excited my pallette before I even took the first sip. I was super satisfied. Had a delightful homemade molasses cookie as well that was pretty amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful, patient and efficient. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Great selection of everything, so much to choose from. I've enjoyed it very much each time.
The food and the coffee is amazing, but I’ve been in there three times and literally had to stop somebody that was behind the counter to ask for help. I waited five minutes without any acknowledgment. And it wasn’t even busy. There were three people behind the counter and it looked like you couldn’t even bother them to help you. Would love to keep coming back, but you seriously need to address this.
The worst customer service. I wish I would’ve said something or decided to walk out.

So disappointed. Long time customer of the De Pere location, but have been frequenting this location for the last 6 months as parking is easier with kids and elderly family members.
There is a young woman who works on the weekends that stares at you in silence and is genuinely annoyed if you ask any questions about the menu, or if you ask for your drink to be in a glass or mug-not a to go cup.
The menu is a QR code-which is difficult for your 75 year old customers-and then you can’t even be bothered to answer their questions? Be rude to me all you want, but so out of line to be rude to your elders. For some this is the only social interaction they get in a day…no respect.
A completely different atmosphere than the other location. I feel like an inconvenience and treated as such. In reading other comments it’s not just our experience, and this has been going on for a long time. I wish they would do something about it.

Rudest and most awkward customer service I’ve ever had, and to top it off the drinks were gross.

Get excellent coffee at a very reasonable price. A fun, fun laid-back coffee shop. My go-to is the almond Joy mocha.

The end of June, I was visiting Green Bay & planned on buying a bunch of tea from 2 different places I specifically wanted to visit, but they were sold out of my favs. On my way back to Milwaukee I stumbled across a cafe. I didn't expect much because the building is sort of like a strip mall. However, when I walked inside I was so excited! It ended up being a REALLY cute cafe, with a great atmosphere. I had just planned on grabbing some food, but I saw they had a full shelf of adorable tea canisters with a variety of teas! I was prepared to finally buy a bunch of tea, but I thought it was best to order food & a cup of tea first. While that was being made, I could take my time to decide which teas to purchase. Welp, I didn't even get that far because of the girl at the register was so rude, I had to walk out.
There was a chalkboard with 2 wraps written down, but one of them had onions. My question to the girl, "Are the breakfast wraps pre-made or can I order one without onions?" She stares at me in silence for literally an awkward 3 seconds. And emotionlessly replies, "We make the wraps ourselves."
So then I OK, I'll order that without onions (even though she didn't really answer the question). I then look at the menu & it says they have iced tea. Mind you, I saw so many canisters of tea & there was no mention of what kind. I then ask, "Is there a specific tea you use for the iced tea?" She stares at me in silence. Literally another 3 seconds of silence & she's staring at me. So I then say "Like, do you have a big batch already made? or do you make them individually? do you use concentrate to make it?"
I was already getting insanely irritated with this girl, but I was still keeping it friendly until she had the nerve to reply, "What are you talking about?"
I immediately said, "Never mind. You are incredibly rude. I dont want anything from this place" & walked out.
Mind you, I'm a super friendly person, but I don't need you to be peppy back to me. However, I've worked in the customer service industry since I was a teenager & I literally couldn't imagine ever saying to a customer, "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?" Not only is it customer service 101, but it's also called cordial communication. Even if she was tired or having a bad day, I believe decent people don't communicate like that.
I tried to call the cafe multiple times after the incident to complain, but of course it rang & rang & rang. No answer. So here's my review.
Wish I could have supported it, but they don't have trained, friendly staff or a functioning phone. And really sad that I didn't get to bring home any tea from my trip.
