The store was super busy with people when we first came in and almost all the food was ordered before we got a chance to place ours. We ordered and had to wait 10-15 minutes for our food and Pam came and delivered our food to our table, was super apologetic and provided incredible customer service (and free egg rolls!). HUGE thank you to that team and store.

I was there last night and I got the lo mein. I was really disappointed. There was a huge piece of cabbage sitting on top of it. That was the end of the cabbage that was supposed to be cut off and thrown away. And the lo mein was 75% cabbage and hardly no noodles Very disappointed. I got it with my usual chicken and green beans which was good. Please try to change your amount of cabbage you put in my lo mein. It takes away from the flavor of the lo mein.

We love Panda Express. The restaurant is so clean, the food is fresh and the workers are top notch. We will keep coming back again and again. Try the family meal you won't be disappointed it fed our whole family and we had leftovees for a little over $30!

I went through the drive thru and realized I brought the wrong card! The lady at the drive thru told me my card declined twice. I then said I’m so sorry and to cancel the order. She said no, I will still make your meal. I saw her pay for it with her own card! The generosity was out of this world! When I said I will come back and pay her back tomorrow she said no, don’t worry about it. In the world we live in these days, it’s nice to know there are still generous people like her ❤️

The manager Elijah was very friendly and considerate and had great customer service despite them being incredibly busy, Sam on the other hand was very rude to the workers and did not speak to us once while we were waiting.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this place after 7:30 PM. By then, they’re usually short-staffed, out of most menu items, and what’s left tends to be leftovers that have been sitting for a while.

Service at the Costco location is awful. Sam the manager had a major attitude and was disrespectful. Clearly couldn't handle the responsibility 80% of the items we out or nearly out. Ill go elsewhere.
