We’ve eaten at Pizza Hut for years. Then stopped as we didn’t like the sauce, etc. very good and were were happy with the preparation, service, and taste.

This is the worst customer service and pizza construction I have experienced in a very long time. I felt disrespected by the tall blond male employee behind the desk and was not notified when it was done and had to talk to a second much kinder employee to get my pizza which was barely cut and unable to be picked up without falling apart. The location wasn't appealing either and there was yelling as I walked in the second time.

Went to grab some personal pan pizza! I remember it like it was yesterday! So good & perfect size. The area was clean and good came out quick. There is plenty of parking space. My order was taken quickly and I loved that they had a screen showing what time order was ready and then showed when it was ready. Super easy pick up

Placed an order. None of my extra sauces were delivered and my BBQ wings had almost no sauce on them.
This is the second time this has happend and since everything is robo call center I can't call in to get it fixed

i had such a nice experience at this pizza hut the woman helping me hooked me up with some deals and walked my pizza to me in the cold in short sleeves when i didnt even order curbside she was so sweet and helpful and it made my night please give her a raise she had short blonde hair

Deliveries lag 30 - 60 minutes behind claimed time - no updates sent, etc. Like their pizza but not doing this again- there are other pizza chains nearby.
Not only did my order show up it was being delivered for 36 minutes, this is how my pizza looked when it finally showed up cold.

Fyi, I got pizza around 1130am like couple weeks ago... it was fast but too fast.... open my pizza box when I got home.... da da da...you can totally tell they cut a slice for themselves. Paid for them to take a slice... not happy... so before you head out if you are carrying out... check your pizza. Beware.... i work too hard to get paid.... Not cool at all!!!!
