Shift lead tried telling me my card was expired and that’s why the scanner wasn’t working (it definitely was not). Forgot like 3 things with our very basic drinks, no smiles the whole interaction.

absolutely bad work ethic. placed a mobile order at 6:15 pm on saturday may 17, 4 mins before headed there. went there before the app told me to. (i’ve had many issues with the app where it does not tell me when it is ready) so i figured 4 mins was enough plus i wasn’t in a hurry. i get there, no one in drive thru, i politely tell the barista that i have a mobile order and automatically i get responded with attitude from her. telling me that next time i need to wait until the app tells me but that they’ll still make it for me and so on. this is absolutely ridiculous and no excuses for this. she could’ve responded in such a nice nicer way and chose not too. this really changes my perspective on the starbucks business. lady had short hair and piercings on her face. which once again is ridiculous, since she is working as a barista and a pretty popular franchise and not hot topic. i hope to not have this experience again as it has left me really disappointed.

Super unfriendly staff. At least 5 behind the counter, store wasn’t busy . No one even greeted me. Instead they just continued to talk with an off duty employee who was practically laying across the counter. She gave her order and then continued to chat . No one paid attention that I was waiting. So I walked out . Won’t be visiting this location again.

I am a drive-thru customer. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. The food and drinks are very good! My orders are always correct. The wait time in line depends on the time of day. Early morning, lunch time, and after work hours are quite long. Otherwise, the wait time is minimal. It's a little pricey, but it's a wonderful treat on a busy day!

2 weeks ago I paid for a croissant with ham and cheese, then the girl at the counter told me that they were out of them and changed it for a plain one without giving me a refund. Yesterday I ordered 2 cappuccinos and other things for breakfast through the Starbucks app, when I picked up my order I noticed that the cups felt empty and I opened them and it was literally a shot of coffee and foam. I went back and told the barista and she just told me that is the way a cappuccino is, mostly foam. I've ordered cappuccinos at other places and it's coffee, milk and foam!!! not just a shot of coffee and foam!!!!🤦🏻♀️

I order from this starbucks a lot because i work close by and every other time it’s absolutely delicious! I just want to say if you want to order a drink they make probably 500 times a day, don’t do it because you won’t get what you paid for because they’re just so irritated that they have to make it. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch crème frappe (i already had a coffee that day, that’s why i wanted a crème one lol) and i literally got a cup of whip cream. no caramel whatsoever and i was so sad, starbucks ain’t cheap, i had a busy day and just wanted a sweet treat 😭 ive gotten this drink a couple other times and its never been this plain and sad.
