I enjoy my Cocoa Cookie Crumble Frappe from here. Today they didn't have the large cup, but I was happy to get my drink in the cup that they have. That's okay, I understand that may happen sometimes.
This is the first time that they didn't have the large. Overall very happy with this location.

I stopped to buy two Starbucks gift cards, $5 each, to put in Christmas stockings. Pulled out a $10 bill and was told they couldn't take cash for gift cards. Why? "Fraud, maybe," was the answer. Seriously, if I was going to launder money, or get someone to pay a fake property tax bill, would I do it with Starbucks cards? So aggravating that I couldn't pay for a $10 purchase in cash.

Went to one in Target on East side ! Girls were rude plus gave me wrong order ! I told her 3 times what I wanted and she still gave me wrong order ! The crunch carnal macchiato was tasty , but they need to learn what grande vs venti is !

Plain coffee even asked for extra caramel still had to go back and ask to get it remade with even more caramel. My son's lemonade is super sour. Little girl with pink hair has no manners tried putting my sons cake pop on the counter instead of handing it over... can just tell they did not want to remake my coffee.. or maybe its because the blender was dirty. They were trying to smell them to determine if clean? when I got my coffee remade the pink hair girl said absolutely nothing after I said Thank you. Needs better workers with manners !!!!

Staff is rude. Make terrible drinks. Never blend or mix the drinks well. Very rude. Spend more time socializing than actually assisting customers.

Drink obviously made incorrectly, staff is slow and overall understaffed. Despite recent renovations this location still is lacking
I would give you a zero but that's not possible so I give you a one. The last few times I have gone here they were either out of what I want or the machines are broken.
