Taco John's was one of my favorite places as a kid but after my visit to this location I think I'll never be back. I'd rather keep my fond memories than polute them with the sad reality of what it's become. Waited more than 10 minutes at the window in the drive through after they took my payment. The place was dead inside and out so I'm not sure what they could be doing. I ordered taco supremes but they gave me regular. I asked for hot sauce and they gave me none. To be fair I might also forget a request for hot sauce if more than 10 minutes had passed 🙄

Madison and Jayden are the reason for my 5 star review. Both have very good customer service skills! Didn't rush me in the drive thru even though I was taking a while to figure out what I wanted. TG nobody was behind me lbvs

This was my first time ever going to a Taco John’s, and it will definitely be my last. The restaurant was filthy—the floor, counters, and even the staff looked like cleanliness wasn’t a priority. Employees were wearing sunglasses and hoodies indoors, with dirty, unwashed clothing. It felt incredibly unprofessional and unhygienic.
The register was literally a child’s iPhone calculator app—no joke—and I was overcharged, which you can see in the attached images. The whole experience felt sketchy and thrown together. My husband and I already argued about trying it, and I regret pushing for it. We drove out of our way to get there, and I wish we hadn’t.
The inside was smoky to the point where they had to keep the doors open just to ventilate. Honestly, I don’t think this place would pass a health inspection.
Very disappointed. I’d ask for a refund if I thought anyone there would take it seriously, but I won’t be going back—ever.

This is the worst fast food place in the entire state of Wisconsin if not all over the country. The restaurant is disgusting and overpriced, and the customer service is horrible. It feels like your walking on glue with this sticky, disgusting floor and countertops. The reviews and feedback accurately reflect the poor experience. If the owner, manager, and staff don’t care about the place, why should anyone bother coming? I hope health inspectors shut this place down before their horrible food and service hurts someone.

Food was the worst very salty and the grill cooker was down.They don’t got the reward points system to earn free items like other locations.Not to clean of a restaurant.Not worth the money I strongly recommend Taco Bell over them.😡

I was a hugh Taco John's fan until yesterday. 3 crunchy tacos, a soft taco, small potato olays, and a med. drink...$18.72 wtf? Plus it wasn't even a good meal. Very disappointing for a long time customer.

The food is very mediocre and for it to be ordered at the counter there was nothing fresh about it, how could it be cold and I just bought it.

What a joke. Friends who live in other cities would tell me they can't believe I have never had Taco John's. Well one thing is for sure, I never will again. One and done. I have to assume this is a franchise and the owner is completely incompetent. You will get better food and service from a racoon in a dumpster.

Haven't had Taco Johns since living in Madison, which was a good TJ. Just went through drive through, and typical to most drive throughs in Green Bay, my order was shorted. It blows my mind how terrible most drive throughs are in Green Bay with shorting your order. I am running out of drive throughs to give my business to.

take your business off of door dash if you are going to reject orders but take people's money anyway, wasting time. Multiple times this happens and then takes days to get a refund. And on that note, take your phone number off Google because no one ever answers it and the voicemail doesn't work, so if you have an issue you're up a creek without a paddle. Just close the store already, the potato's aren't worth the headache this place is.

I hate that this is the only Taco Johns in the area. Slowest service possible. Half the staff are incompetent teenagers. One girl was literally eating as she was making food... Kept glaring at me too while i was waiting for my food. Ridiculous. Horrible attitudes. They need to just start over whole new staff.
Also, the manager told me he will just give me a refund when i asked how much longer until my food is done…
I told him ive been waiting over 10 minutes. He then said “well other people have been waiting for 30 minutes.”
