El Charro Mexican Grill is by far the best restaurant we have ever been to. Benny and his entire staff are simply the best! They are friendly, very personable, quick and make you feel like family. Not only is the service top-notch, their prices are low and the serving sizes are huge. We never leave hungry but make sure to always leave room for dessert. May I suggest you try the deep fried ice cream, it’s excellent! Again, Benny and his staff are phenomenal, this is why our family looks forward to coming back every week! Thanks you guys! Berlin has a couple of Mexican restaurants. El Charro is the best when it comes to price and quality for sit-down lunch and dinner, with a nice bar and drink menu. The menu is Mexican, not fad or Americanized takes.Atmosphere, it still has remains from the Italian restaurant that used to be there such as the paintings on the wall (not hung pictures, the walls are actually painted with scenes from Italy). Aside from that it has all the right feels and visuals for the cuisine, and they are slowly removing the Italian out of the dining areas. The bar looks fantastic, clean and right.Great staff. They do a good job and are nice. Food always comes out hot and just right. The chips and salsa top notch. Margaritas that you gotta try at least once. Hard to beat lunch menu.

Highly Recommend!Came in for dinner over the weekend with my significant other and I have only positive things to say about this establishment. They were extremely busy while being staffed by what I could count as only 5 people, not including whoever is in the kitchen. These guys and gals were running all over the restaurant, and all the while providing a wonderful experience for us, as well as everyone else that I could see.The food was incredible, I had the Enchiladas Rancheras, which were amazing. Quite possibly the best enchiladas I've had in a long time.She had a Chimichanga, which was also delicious.Additionally, they have a great selection of drinks, including the ever-elusive Huckleberry Margarita! Being from the west coast that is a flavor that I am always so excited to find!Great for family, friends, date nights, and any other event or time. Will be back soon!
