Ordered online. Was handed drinks and told to pull into a spot. After 15+ minutes waiting I called. Then I was informed it was a ten minute wait for apple pies. Which is irrelevant. As it had already been 15 minutes. Well another 10-15 minutes before I got my food. And it'll probably be cold. Don't see whats so hard. Or why it took over 20 minutes for a 10 minute apple pie.

The best mcdonalds location I've ever been to. Living in America, that's quite the compliment. The quality of the food, especially the nuggets, is always better here. You can tell they don't cut corners, which I appreciate. The workers are also really nice which is a big bonus

Got pulled for a CHEESEBURGER at 1pm. That's absolutely ridiculous that they don't have a few things ready and in the warmer... my entire order was a cheeseburger and a small diet coke. Nothing special.

So on 5/3/2025 @ 840 in berlin Wisconsin I went to McDonald's and the service was bad and I ordered 20 PC mc nuggets and large fry to go.so I get home and no large fry and 18 nuggets like really you can't count to 20 and you are using hot machines and giving out money ,oh also I did not get my fries again. You don't know how to read the monitor if you can't count or read you should not have a job I want better service next time or I'm calling your boss
