Food is not what it use to be serivce is underrated and
customer service not good sorry. One of my favorites

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an online order at 11:45 to pickup at 1. Arrived at the restaurant around 12:45 as we were early. Went in to let them know we were early to which they didn’t even have our ticket printed yet and they let us know they were behind. We continued to wait until 1:20 and watch multiple customers come in and order and then walk out with food. We went back to counter to ask when our food would be done to which we found they still hadn’t started it. I asked how long yet and couldn’t get an answer. I explained I just needed to know as we had to get going soon to make an event. A man In the back making food said “F*ck them I don’t have time to deal with people like that. Cancel their order”. So I gave them my card and they said they credited me but couldn’t produce a return receipt. So let’s hope I have my money back.

The food here is GREAT. I go here everytime I'm in the area not cause I'm hungry but b3cause the food is so darn good!
Parking: There's free parking but when it's busy which it does get, it's hard to get a parking spot but it's worth the wait.
It's very affordable. Foods good. It's a fun place to stop. It's been there a long time by the looks of it. I love nostalgic places like this. It's absolutely worth stopping to enjoy a treat or meal.

Don't know what they changed with their ice cream but it now sucks. I use to love it. I hate McDonald but now my son makes me take him there for ice cream. He won't eat sheppards ice cream anymore.

It was a place out of time, the food, people and atmosphere are and were amazing, the food was surprisingly cheap and it was amazing 10/10 would go again
Stumbled upon Shepard's tody on our way home. everyone was friendly, prices are incredible, and the food was delicious. Places like this are gems we need to stay around! didn't get dessert this time around, we'll be back to try it soon!

If you are near Berlin WI anytime between February & and September, this place is a must stop. The food is delicious & the ice cream treats are even better. Try a krinkle cone or a cherry or chocolate dipped cone, these are staples in their menu.
