After calling for 15 minutes to place an order, I went to the the store to place the order. Both employees were in the back talking unprofessionally. I rang the bell twice before someone came out. After picking up my order and getting back to work, there was no meat or cheese in my salad.

I got a sandwich to take to work in the morning. The bread was old. It was dry. The person behind the counter was putting out bread when I got there, so I must have gotten something from the night before.

Ordered online and got very little toppings that I asked for. The side door was locked at 1:30 and the workers didn’t care.

Just went in, no customers in line, and there was a young man and woman who I guess were supposed to be working. The guy was in the middle of making a sandwich but was doing more talking to the girl than making the sandwich. I interrupted them to explain that I was in a hurry, and the guy tells me that it was going to be a long time before he could get to me because he had 2 sandwiches to make first. Meanwhile, the girl is just sitting there at the register carrying on a conversation with the guy. So, I asked him if he could get to it within the next 5 minutes, and he tells me no, that it would be more like 20 minutes. Three things going on here: a worker doing nothing at all, and honestly, my sandwich shouldn't have taken any longer than 2 minutes to make. Plus, how does it take over 20 minutes to make 2 subs, seriously?

The food is generally good, but the employees are rude and unprofessional. I'd also add that if you complain to management, nothing happens. They back their associates even when they are out of line.

Always a good spot to get a witch.
Walked in and was immediately very rudely told they were out of bread when it’s 7 pm and they don’t close until 8:30!! When we asked just to clarify the lady was very disrespectful and said “no he’s joking” like we’re idiots. Very lucky my child was with me or I may have not been so nice as to just walk out.

They did not make my sub as I order it online. I walked in to hear them making fun of the way I ordered my sub. They then proceeded to recommend I order a salad next time if I'd prefer extra lettuce because that would be cheaper. The sub was ruined by the amount of Mayo they put on it and I will not be going back there ever again. Customer service matters and since the artists weren't the ones eating the sub I'm not sure why they felt the need to poke fun at the way I like my sandwich made.
I can’t really review the food because I never got to order.. I was literally ignored. I walked into place an order and they were obviously in the middle of a large order - I patiently waited while they all complained about making the order and talked trash about the customer. After about five minutes, I was thinking someone would acknowledge me and say “we’ll be with you shortly, thanks” or something to that affect, but they said nothing. I felt awkward just standing there while three employees carried on with their conversation about how much they hate their jobs, so I left. Pretty awful service and it shows management either encourages this behavior, or just has no involvement in the day to day operations.
Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t an unusual experience - I would be cleaning house and restaffing. Do better.

Is it just me or are the sandwiches getting skinnier? Like....are they losing weight? Haha. Shrinkflation lol
I just want to say that today I was waited on by 2 young men that were very nice and professional. I wish I had caught their names. I usually get employees who don't even seem to want to be there. Kudos to those 2 young men...thankyou for being so great. PS... our subs were delicious today.
