Absolute garbage customer service and management. Got there at 7:50 with at least two employees outside smoking. Ordered my food and waited until 8:20 went inside to figure out what was going on and apparently they were “busy”. What a joke

love so much, usually great and amazing, however went and out of baja blast and rice and dragonfruit syrup and also they should start carrying dr pepper and there was a hole in my burrito? again usually love but i think the workers weren’t high enough today and also they need more baja blast

Always seem to be missing something when we come here. One time I ordered online for pickup and got a Baja Blast but when I got it, the soda was clear. Mk, no biggie, maybe they gave me a Starry or w.e - I wish that was the case. It was for sure what was suppose to be Baja Blast but clearly no one could be bothered to change out the empty syrup, or notice that my soda was clear instead of turquoise....and no, it wasn't busy at all. I was one of two people there for an order at the time.
