the absolutely worst taco's I've ever had. I ordered two crunchy taco's and the meat was horrible. Dog food looks better than it. I ate one. I wouldn't eat the other so I brought it home to give to my dog. I put it in his bowl and he wouldn't even eat it. Just pathetic. I will never go back again.

Came in to get some tacos and drinks; ordered 1with guacamole, they were out, ok. Ordered a large and medium drink. Got 2 mediums, BUT still got charged for the stuff I didn't receive, they did ask if I wanted something else and I declined. But why didn't I get my $ back?? I guess I was tipping these people. Didn't know it. This will be the last time I go to this taco bell.

Thought I would travel from Wautoma to Berlin to try out Taco Bell again since we don't have one nearby. Little bit of a line in the Drive-Thru, which was no issue. The gentleman who was taking the order got everything correct and had a amazing attitude. However, once I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. I had ordered three cheesy and bean burritos with no cheese. Two of them were correct, the third had cheese. I also ordered two orders of nachos and cheese. Got three orders of chips, no cheese. The kitchen dropped the ball. Very disappointed. Especially since the total order was around $30. Probably won't be visiting again. Only positive was the gentleman working at the window.

We were first customers in the door and there was food on the floor in dining area. The garbage was full as soon as I put my garbage in. There was no silverware I had to go up and request them. The young man refilled the silverware right away. These things are to be blamed on the night shift not doing their job.

Had a great experience! we dined in, we were greeted at the door by friendly staff. The restaurant was extremely clean, everything was well stocked. Food was hot and delicious and a staff member even checked in to make sure if we needed anything while we were eating. We will definitely be back.
Poort service ever, waited 50 minutes for my order, watched them give everyone after me their orders, finally just asked for my money back and went to the McDonald's next to them an was eating within 5 minutes

Ok. First off green hair staff crying in front of customers because your short staffed with other workers actively working around your issues is highly inappropriate. Highly recommend pay raises to the young gentleman doing all the work, and the young lady in back doing their best to keep things rolling!
