Bad service no butter but the pot pie was good and the Pepsi was super bad they need to shape up

Food was overcooked couldn't even eat half of it because it was so burnt, floors and tables were extremely dirty. The worker that "cleaned" the tables used a dirty rag and didn't even clean anything off of the tables. Restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks and smelled horrible. Will never go back to this KFC and will not recommend it to anyone else.

When I asked for the food to be fresh they said they cant do it because they didn't want to make fresh. Every time I come in all the tables have grease strains from other customers finger the chairs are full of crumbs so make sure you wipe your own table and chair off before taking your seat to eat your 3 hour old food. Update: after I posted my review I had to use the restroom and the second I open the door I smell barn. The restroom had toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor. And I have seen multiple Male worker walk in and out and feel no need to clean the dirty bathroom.

The last two times I've made an hour and a half drive to stop they were closed with no sign anywhere stating why. This last time i was there tonight at 830 they were closed and should have been open for a half yet and the employee had the back door wide open and was standing inside smoking or vaping inside the building.
Great service and food. They treated me very well.

Very sad. Service was not that great. I felt uncleanliness. The amount of food was lessened considerably and the price went up considerably. I will probably not go back. Which is very sad as we do enjoy our Kentucky fried chicken in our town. The past couple of years has not been good. They shut down the buffet which was the biggest hit for that eating establishment. So sad
