Honestly with the exception of today, employees pretend that they don’t see you by looking away. Then as soon as you pass who’ll say hello to everyone before and after you walk by. Been at this location at least 10 times in the past year. Coldest place ever.

This Flying J in Black River Walls, WI I'll never stop here again! I'm a truck driver and I reserved a parking spot so I'll have a place to park. Alexzander did not help me much if not at all on my parking issue. He told me to park in a handicap spot. I waited outside and another guy told me to park in the back. I told them both that there isn't a spot and I paid for a spot. So he goes inside and talked to the manager, comes out and said "my manager said it was okay and no one will wake you up for parking there" Telling a driver to park somewhere, where they shouldn't is wrong, stupid and above all piss poor laziness on their part. My old lady got a hold of the corporate and a report has been filed and I got my money back.

5 Stars because of Rogers customer service plus he makes great coffee. He showed me tips on using the flying J app I never knew about in the 5 years I've had the app. He should teach a company class on using the App. Great Job Roger. I'll be back
