Sand Creek is an awesome brewery in Black River Falls. While it has been brewing since the 1990s...they took over a brewery that dates back to the 1800s. It is a throw back laid back atmosphere with friendly staff.Their beer is really good. Their Brown ale, Bock, red, stout, old English, are all right upy alley. They have a Porter, golden ale, lager, IPA, a Hefe, as well as a lemon beer and a lime beer. They also brew their own root beer.There is a lot to look at around this place. They are not licensed to sell food but they have pretzels if you need to take the edge off. Don't let that stop you, the beer is worth the stop.

Cool brewery in a beautiful little town. All the beer I tried was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The brewer showed a lot of skill across multiple styles and the crowded bar spoke well to that. Absolutely worth a stop or short detour if you're in the area. Very good!

Really good experience. Camped on Sue overnight. Concrete level pad (loading dock) with electric and Wi-Fi. Wonderful, friendly, accommodating people. Really good beer at a great price. Interesting history . Highly recommended!

My husband and I stopped here on July 1st.They have great hard lemonade, as well as plenty of other good beer! Jim was very friendly, we had a great time, wish we lived closer to take advantage of their mug club!!

Overall, cute place. The area where they served beer had pretty limited seating. Their alcohol selection is not as big as some microbreweries, but they still had the usual types of beers (stout, lager, IPA, etc.). They also had a couple hard seltzers. Friendly staff! They had a craft fair the day I was there, which was cool, along with a raffle. I liked the stout that I had.
