I waited 10 minutes before anyone helped me 2 people there. Had the ham and turkey stacker, everything about this 6 inch sub was old, tasted bad went in the garbage.

Online Ordered 3 subs. No one at the front of store for first few minutes to assist pick up. This bread was not day old, it may have been week old. All veggies frozen. Steak not warmed up. Smallest 12” loaf of bread I’ve ever seen. Missed multiple items. Could have spent the same at jersey mikes if there was a location here.

Employees were rude and seemed angry to have customers. If you don’t like your job, find a different one. Limited selections of cheese compared to other subway locations and for goodness sake…don’t ask for cheddar cheese!

I could not believe the long wait. Workers didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. They argued about where one of my sandwiches went for the online order I was waiting for when we realized the sandwich behind my first one was for a different order but since the whole time they were making it I thought it was for my order, I can just about guarantee they never made it or I would have noticed and at least questioned which was mine. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and the whole time I was there another woman had been waiting just to find out as they were bagging mine that her order had been done the whole time. They had the online order rack behind the counter and I could see enough of the receipt when I first walked in the door to know that it wasn't my order sitting there but turns out that woman was waiting over 40 minutes for an order that had been finished for at least the 30 minutes since I'd walked in and scanned the receipt enough to know it was a larger order than mine and therefore not mine.

I went there today with my boyfriend and we were thrilled to see Michael there, our bandana man as we used to say! The BEST SANDWICH MAKER THERE!! SO HAPPY MADE SURE OUR SANDWICHES WERE PERFECT, yes perfect! Thank you Michael!!!!
