This Lefse is excellent! Growing up in Minnesota, my Mother made it fresh every Christmas. Hers was thicker, but she wasn’t running a commercial business with shipping costs either. This tastes the same as hers was also authentic. You won’t be disappointed.

If you can't get your grandma's lefse anymore, this is an excellent alternative. Best commercially available lefse around! It has to Countryside Lefse, any other brand will leave you disappointed. I was told to look for Countryside Lefse at Festival Foods in Wisconsin and also to check Kwik Trip in Wisconsin. The packaging may look different from what you get from the factory, but just check the back to see the manufacturer's name and address.

the lefsa tasted good however one could not get a single one without it being bulled apart into little pieces. you need to find a way so the user can get one full piece instead of small bits

I have been ordering Lefse from Countryside off and on for several years. It is the best, fresh, homemade Lefse out there! I tried one other brand and it wasn’t as good, they used instant potatoes instead of fresh. Bounced right back to Blair, Wisconsin to order this year. I always get the 24 in a case and share with my kids and grandchildren. It’s very reasonable when you buy it in bulk and give it out as a gift ($3.75 a pack). Great for Christmas parties and New Year parties.

I have gotten Countryside Lefse several times and have always liked it. I was disappointed to see that Kristin from Norway thought it wasn’t authentic. I’d like to know what was different. My mother came from Norway and made lefse. It seemed very much like Countryside’s lefse.

Absolutely love their lefse! That being said, their customer service DOES NOT EXIST. I sent 4 emails and called at 11:30 in the morning, which went straight to voicemail. Absolutely NO response.
