Waiting in the drive through as the only car for 26 min- 2 cars pulled in behind us. We asked “hello” one time - after he asked how he could help us, we ordered and then didnt hear anything again so we pulled up to the window. When we got to the window- he didn’t open it for about 10 min, opened the window and told us to go to the back of the line because he heard us repeatedly ask “hello”. My boyfriend said “we asked hello one time and we didn’t know if it was broke being it is -8 degrees out.” He proceeded to tell us to pull around and go in the back of the line behind 3 other cars now. We left.

My card declined and was on the phone with my bank and my buddy offered to buy my meal but the manager covered the cost. Great food and service :) definitely appreciate the gesture

Food and Service were great, but the building condition and cleanliness were lacking.

I don't know why, but this dairy queen never tastes that great. We don't go here often because their ice cream and food are never prepared right. I'd rather go to the one in Chetek!

This place is about a 7 or 8-minute drive from US HWY 53. It was a very convenient and short drive off the main highway. The server Laura is fast, considerate, and polite. The bathroom was clean, rest of the place looked to be in good shape. I got the bag of everything and headed out to my car. It was a good, quick, and easy stop. Nothing critical can be said about this place. Thank you, Laura!!!!!

I generally choose DQ over the burger places in town bc the quality is better. very friendly servers. also got a cake there a month ago and it was decorated super cute.

Ordered vanilla shakes and had chunks of bananas in bottom. I sent picture and no response.

The food is always gross here at this location. They should hire people who are actually nice and not rude to the customers and actually cook what we order. Its always something with this place.

Decent. Better than NOT having ice cream. I think when they take your order they call the Eau Claire Dairy Queen and they deliver your order back to Bloomer, but who cares if you got the time.

More expensive than most dairy Queens and they also charge 1.50 for a spoonful of ice cream in the pup cups. Most dairy Queens don't charge for pup cups. Food is average at best

We came in at 9:15 and heard the employee behind the counter complaining that she was trying to close. We checked the sign and closing time was 10:00. We stood by the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and told that it would be a wait. She continued to complain about being busy, having a long day, and needing to be done. I understand that days and shifts can be long however this was very unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely terrible service and rude workers. Someone said on the speaker that it would be a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes still no service and when we called we were told that they didn’t know we were there.. service has been getting worse and worse

The twist soft serve ice cream cones seemed like they had been made before hand and placed in the freezer. Texture was wrong. I will choose other Dairy Queen locations over this location.
