I generally choose DQ over the burger places in town bc the quality is better. very friendly servers. also got a cake there a month ago and it was decorated super cute.

Decent. Better than NOT having ice cream. I think when they take your order they call the Eau Claire Dairy Queen and they deliver your order back to Bloomer, but who cares if you got the time.

More expensive than most dairy Queens and they also charge 1.50 for a spoonful of ice cream in the pup cups. Most dairy Queens don't charge for pup cups. Food is average at best

We came in at 9:15 and heard the employee behind the counter complaining that she was trying to close. We checked the sign and closing time was 10:00. We stood by the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and told that it would be a wait. She continued to complain about being busy, having a long day, and needing to be done. I understand that days and shifts can be long however this was very unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely terrible service and rude workers. Someone said on the speaker that it would be a few minutes. After waiting 20 minutes still no service and when we called we were told that they didn’t know we were there.. service has been getting worse and worse

The twist soft serve ice cream cones seemed like they had been made before hand and placed in the freezer. Texture was wrong. I will choose other Dairy Queen locations over this location.

Stopped on Sunday afternoon 7/30/2024. 2 ladies working, no name tags so I don't know their names, was greeted with a friendly hello, service was great! She brought our food out to the table and was very friendly. Probably 12 other people were there at the same time. She greeted them all and was very friendly! Fries were a bit cold but I dealt with it.
Food was ok. I don’t think there was a clean machine, wall, or surface in the place. Service was slightly rude

So stopped in for a treat! Every table was dirty! The ledge by the tables was filthy dead bugs! The counter behind where they make the treats was nasty dirty ! The people were just standing around well they could have been cleaning! It is filthy in there! Was not impressed
