The GM, who refused to provide her name & stated i was being helped already so she doesn't need to be involved was extremely reluctant to assist with our missing item. However, she did state the owner Rick Loman would be my next contact. We placed a mobile order via drive thru and 1 item was missing. We drove back around thru the drive thru to get the item and the man told he to come inside to get it. My husband had knee surgery, hence why we used the drive thru so he said why can't you assist me via drive thru then the man stated, "I can't help you in the drive thru unless you want to pay for it." That is when we entered the store & while 1 young male mgr stepped up to provide the missing item, when I asked who the GM was he pointed to "her" but this women refused to acknowledge us, even tho she had been witnessing the entire situation. When frustrated I said, you are the GM?!?! Can we take to you, what is your name, she them escalated it to "I can only assist you if you are more respectful". Which then I asked her name and she firmly stated she doesn't have to provide that. This is where this entire interaction goes wrong. No ownership of their error, not willingness to apologize or make the customer feel like they don't have to walk in to fix an error that occurred via the drive thru. While it was a small order, we place it every week at this location. This sour taste of their management's lack of customer service is appalling.

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes before bailing. Didn't move a foot in 25 minutes at 6pm on a Saturday. What a joke!!

I've worked here, and gone here plenty of times and TONIGHT was the worst night I've ever seen. The lady delivering my Sundae squeezed it as she was handing it off to me leaking all of the actively melted ice cream all over me, my fries were as stale as a rock, and my fiance who seemed to have fresh fries found a literal fried ant on one of her French fries. After a brief phone call they promised to clean the fry station and give me a free fry any other day but today was BAD. Watch your fries people.
You guys closed drive thru at 10:15 even though you guys are open till 11 and I wanted McDonald’s. Ruined my whole day

Every time I order at the McDonalds in bloomer I never get a complete order doesn’t even pay to go there anymore , and then I can’t even hear half the employees though the intercom at drive though
