Went tonight October 12th 2025 after coming back this way from Appleton.

Ordered in app, went in to use the restroom and collect my order. Restroom was overall pretty clean.

At the counter I was handed my bags and told to have a good night...I had to ask for the drinks I had ordered. Then I quickly went through my bags at the counter and realized I was shorted my chicken fries, no biggie I was still standing at the counter. Got out to the car to deliver food to the family and realized they forgot the apple juice in my kids meal, too.

The counter staff was friendly, but unfortunately I don't feel that in one order we should have had that many issues with missing items.

Food was still good, not really fresh. Next time I think we will hit the Kwik Trip next door.

Dining room closed at 2pm in the afternoon. Note on the door thinks its funny that its closed until 4pm. What kind of failure on management must be taking place for this to be happening.

The absolute worst burgerking ever . They served frys from a cold pan in the warmer so they can leave early so my food not only was cold it was nasty no flavor nothing i would have been better to eat gum out of an ashtry then the place is so filthy it should be shut down enough is enough if they cant do a simple job fire them gezzzz its simple to cook pre made crap but only professionals can permanently screw up .

Waited 20 minutes to have someone take our order. The staff definitely seemed like customers were not the priority. It took almost just as long to get the food as well. The inside was filthy, there was no ketchup or napkins available to help yourself too. You had to as the staff, and they really made that seem to be an inconvenience to them.

Extremely unsanitary experience. The employee preparing food was not wearing gloves or using tongs, and I personally saw him scratch his head and then scratch around his bare waistline before going straight back to handling buns and ingredients with his bare hands. He never washed his hands.

This is a serious health code violation and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I will not be returning, and management needs to take food safety far more seriously.

Also my whopper was cold and tastes off. Just avoid this location. There's a Kwik trip in the same Parking lot and they have way better food off their hot spot.

Unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to spare.. that's how long it takes to get your food from the time you order at the speaker to the drive up window..

Told us our other fries are coming then proceeds to give out a fries order to someone else who ordered after us? Cheeseburgers also came with no pickles when we didn't ask for them off. To be fair to them they seemed packed with orders with little staff.

The absolute worst food I have ever ate. The hashbrowns were cold and very greasy. The croissant sandwich was soggy and had not flavor. Never again.

Delicious breakfast burritos. The sauce has a little bit of a kick, like a chipotle ranch, but I just can’t place the extra flavor. They were understaffed and you could tell the two co-workers were frustrated with the situation.

For being the only fast-food joint for miles in the area, they do an alright job. Most people only review to complain, so I hope this helps provide an honest review. Bathrooms were clean, a lady was wiping down tables in the dining room, but there wasn’t any music playing. The self-serve soda machine was out of a few soda options, there weren’t any M soda lids, and the ketchup/napkin counter was quite a mess. I take it this might’ve been from a busy lunch rush—as a former food-service worker myself l get it, but definitely could’ve used attention. Service at the counter was okay, again, rush after a holiday weekend isn’t fun for anyone. In the end, our order was correct, the food was hot, and we had a clean place to sit and eat before we hit the road again. Thanks BK Bonduel!
