Great service and excellent food! Friday Night Fish Fry options are wonderful! It is such a good price and you get a bunch of food. I love that they give kids a chance to pick from a candy bin (good candies too!) When the meal is done. Love it!

Great food that made my family very happy, with slightly slow service. I love the bear aesthetic and decor, big fan! I was saddened to see no sun bears, but understand why you'd go all in on the continental US bears.

We stopped at the Hungry Bear on our way "North". We saw online they offered a Taco Salad during lunch and we stopped. What a great experience. The server was excellent and very efficient. The food arrived quickly and the Taco Salad was the best we have had in a very long time. The bowl was light and crispy and included were a lot of very tasty ingredients. We shall return to this cozy and very comfortable establishment. They have a great menu with many options for everybody also. Thank you!

Stopped in for an early fish fry & found the place packed with others 'avoiding the rush'! Altho extremely busy, the food was out quick & was delicious, as always! The staff is top notch - friendly & attentive. Highly recommend visiting Hungry Bear. You certainly won't leave hungry! Thanks all - we appreciate you!

What a fun place! The hungry Bear was recommended to us by a couple we met at another establishment. My husband had the stuffed potato pancake. The potato pancake was crispy and folded over scrambled eggs and bacon. I had the “Bear” the eggs were perfect and smoked sausage good. I also took a piece of homemade pie to go. Great place with friendly, attentive servers.
