The food here was just okay. I had a brisket burger with fries, and honestly, the fries seemed like they’d been sitting in a basket by the fryer long before I placed my order—definitely not fresh. The burger itself was average, and I was disappointed that about half of the brisket was just fat, which left a lot to be desired.
My girlfriend had the pulled pork mac & cheese and really enjoyed it, so it wasn’t all bad.
The overall vibe of the restaurant felt a bit dated, but it had a quirky charm to it. The animals out back were a fun surprise—you don’t see a Highland coo every day. All in all, it was an interesting stop, but for the price, I expected a better dining experience.

Absolutely delicious!!! My husband got the ribs and I got a pulled pork sandwich. We both had the mac and cheese and it was incredible! Staff is great as well. Can't wait to eat here again.

They have a giant menu with all kinds of amazing items. However the quality wasn't there. I ordered a salad with brisket on it. Would have been great but brisket was cold (less than room temp). Another person also ordered brisket meal and theirs was also cold. My wife's samon was ok and the Mac n cheese was good. Just not a lot of fresh food. Seems more like reheated left overs to me. I suggest they simplify menu and specialize on something. The scenery was interesting. Alot of whichamacalits.

I and my riding buddy make coming here an annual destination. The food is great and plenty of it. We had the three little piggies (bbq ham, bacon and pulled pork). It was very tasty and filling. If I had a cooler I would have taken a good portion home. I didn't so I just had to eat the whole thing.
Cool stop. The kids had malts and the adults had a beer. Bartender had a great sense of humor. Muscle Car museum (did not go to), antique store and Doc’s Harley Davidson dealer also attached. Behind the restaurant is a kids play area and an assortment of animals. The indoor bird and reptile house was hit with the kiddos. A very cool stop on HWY 29!!
