Food and service is really good. Placing an order on the phone that's cranked up to level 500 was awkward when you can just walk up to the window, but overall it's a decent place to eat.

Great food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Waited quite a while at the drive thru speaker to have order taken, when someone came back they said just come to the window to order. At first I was like shoot we sat at the speaker waiting to order for over 10 mins, but we got to the window, order and paid, and next thing you know the food was done and they were handing out the food. Hardly waited, which was nice when having starving kids. They seemed fairly busy for a Thursday night. The soft serve ice cream was a little too soft and not stiff enough to stand up on its own. It wasn't very warm outside at the time either but I had to woof down half the ice cream before it fell off my cone in my lap, but no complaint on the yummy ice cream otherwise, tasted amazing even though we had ice cream headaches from eating it too fast. LOL. Would still recommend this place
Food wasn't great. I heard they have frequent staff changes so it's hard to get a consistent experience. The table phone to order still works though and the front of house staff were excellent.

My kids loved it good and clean place the atmosphere it's good the group of people that works there are nice and polite we really like our experience there we would definitely comeback.

Do not go here. Service sucks, we ordered cones a regular and large and both cones were horribly not right the large was falling over and was the size of a small cone and the small cone we ordered was the size of a baby the ice cream didn't even fill the cone. Very very disappointing.. this wasn't the first time we tried ... we've given numerous chances... they're never open and foods always messed up and takes a long time... we gave up on restaurant

The Restraunt was small but very well decorated and it was super super cold inside and the bear decorations were cute.
The food was good , we had fish sandwich , hotdog , hotdog , burger ,
We ordered onion rings and they gave us fries instead not impressed.
High prices and food went down hill. Lower than McDonald's. More ice less soda. I'll never stop by this location again. Just disgusting
