Do not ever order from Subway ever again we were promised two free subs from their manager and we did not get them. My husband went in there tonight to get them and they said we They did not have no record. We talked to Dawn about it before and she said she write his name down on a piece of paper. On oct 18 th. We had tbe worst service, the boy was very rude and commented he didn’t want to be there, he was rude, obnoxious and stressed.

When we walked in, the two women were seated at the chair and very reluctantly got up and washed their hands, both giving each other looks and glaring at us. As if they were mad at us that they need to do their job. Very snappy and short and full of attitude. I’ve worked fast food service for 4 years before I got a real job, so trust me, I know how it feels sometimes ?♂️ but we never were over dramatic about needing to do our jobs. The cashier woman asked me if I wanted anything else besides my subs and I said “uhh yeah actually can I add one of those pretzels with the cheese sauce please?” and this woman rolled her eyes at me, over-dramatically tapped whatever into the register and proceeded to heat up the pretzel, acting like I had asked her to shoot someone. I don’t know if the cheese sauce is supposed to be heated up or not but regardless she tossed it in the bag, cold as could be. Then proceeded to not say anything and walk into the back. Did not get their names, but it was around 1-3p on the 22rd.
I know you’re working a minimum wage job, but don’t make life miserable for your customers ? we pay your bills
Subs were great though, loaded to the brim! 10/10 taste I gobbled that right down

The food wasn't bad, but the guy making the food was. Seemed like he was stoned or something. Kept asking my daughter questions (not involving the sandwich making process) and she told me it was wierd and I agree with her. The other lady working with him was nice.

Absolute worse experience ever! If you can't hire people that can read a simple on-line order, then don't allow on-line orders!!!! I'll take mine and my families business somewhere else!!! VERY disappointed
