Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I stop here a couple times a month as it is about the halfway point between home and work.
The prices are somewhat less than other DQ's for what I usually order.
Accidentally dropped a credit card and my Kwik Trip rewards card on Aug. 19th.
August 20, I get a message notification on FB saying someone wants to send me a message. I accept and the owner had reached out saying his staff must have forgot to return my credit card and he would hold it or mail it to me.
I let him know I had dropped/left them there and his staff found them and were at no way at fault...I have a feeling he phrased it that way knowing it was my fault but not wanting to blame me.

Many thanks to the Owner, management and staff. Thanks for the integrity and giving me more reasons to stop in!

I actually travel the 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen even though there's one 5 minutes away from my house. This DQ is clean! The people working here are just good hard working people who take alot of pride in how the food comes out and they dont just toss it in the bag. I understand this is fast food but this DQ I have to say goes above and beyond the normal

Didn't even eat there. I waited 15 minutes to pick up my online order to just be ignored by staff. I left after they finally started the food. I ordered one of your mother's day cakes too.

Good staff/service, nice location, nice selection- and they have hot food (Grill and Chill). No complaints

Our local DQ has caused us to avoid DQ's everywhere, but after a recommendation for this location, we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing! Hot, fresh, & quickly made (we ordered 6 $7 MEALS, & got it ALL quicker than if we'd only ordered 2 burgers at our local one!). We will definitely be going back.

Smallest small cone in history, wish I could share the laughable picture. My lovely 2 ring cone lol

🤷 kids mixed up my order but it's DQ my expectations aren't all that high to begin with 😅

First visit. What a pleasant experience. Every employee had real smiles. There were young unaccompanied folks and we noticed that they received the same friendly service. We'll will be back.
