Nicer, newer mcdonalds. Food was as expected, slow to be served. The 3 star and these comments for because the female restroom was no usable. The staff was notified on 3 occasions. There answer was to place a caution sign in the floor.

Literally the slowest “FAST FOOD” location I’ve ever been to. After waiting 30 minutes for my order they forgot my sauces and my fries. Asked for them to get them for me and waited another 20 just for that. At the end of the day I would rather go to Olive Garden on a Saturday night during HOMECOMING night than come here during the week.

This location I have lived by my whole life and they constantly find a way to forget stuff. It’s actually impressive how much they forget. It’s like Half way through taking ur order they throw the headset out the window.

I ordered two bacon bagel meals and two apple pies I waited 30 mins in drive threw in spot two the car behind me got sick of watting and went in to get her money back to be told she could not and had to wait…as we wait for our food we watch 6 cars behind us get there food and drive away…I called the store and the manager Amanda told me that they have new people on the grill and then she just hung up on me..first of make sure u people are comfortable being on there own before u put them there as one of the kids said he only had four hrs of training..after finally getting my food it was wrong so she brought me the right food and before I left I looked to make sure and nope wrong I went in to get what I was missing and Amanda was at the front and she just shoved my bag at me after I complained…she should not be a manager at all she has no personality and no people skills at all…ur customers are to come first I know as I am a manger myself and you should always try to make ur customers happy but she was so rude…please make sure ur employees are trained fully before putting them on there own…just rude customer service…

We have been waiting for over 30 minutes for an order. I asked what was causing the wait. The manager blamed the new workers and sat there complaining about them instead of helping them. The manager refused to give me her name so she is obviously aware that she is doing a poor job and doesnt want anyone above her to know

Ive never had a restaurant mess up so many consecutive times.

And your employee with the disgusting make up who told my finance she's stressed and go back through the drive through when we canceled the order and made it for counter she lied to my face and told me to leave?

Ive had soggy nuggest 4 times now. There's flies and the worst service known to man. You mam shouldn't have a job at all and PUT GLOVES ON FOR GOODNESS SAKE, as if your attitude didn't suck enough.

$60 waiting on a refund and more soggy nuggets with whatever was on her hands which are as nasty as her attitude. Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to manitowoc no second thought.

We experienced the worst service at this McDonalds. And this was not our first experience at this store! We ordered 3 sandwiches and a fry and it took 25 min to get the meal, and that was only because my husband inquired about our order and asked to get our money back. No more stops in Brillion, sorry.

I don’t go to this McDonald’s often, but when I do, they forget my food. They forgot 3 items in my order this evening which is unacceptable. When I called to tell them, no one could answer the phone even though there wasn’t anyone else there at this time of night.
