It's a shame that McDonalds doesn't recognize cash. I was an avid customer who used your app a lot for specials until you changed your app to charge card only. Now I rarely go there.

Believe it or not, this place is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name.
Every order comes out wrong or poorly made.
Wanna be Weekend Manager Lady is lost, dazed and confused at very best. Mostly just rude and inaccurate.
Two visits this week and both missing items and items made horribly wrong.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Honestly this place is a joke. They have the large benefit of being one of few options in Brillion and they take full advantage of this.
This morning, pathetic service with attitude as well as forgetting 4 McChickens that were paid for.
We normally stop in once or twice per week out of convenience and out of these visits, we never get to experience a visit without mistakes, wrong items or items made with complete disregard.
This morning, simply while letting piss poor pathetic Manager Lady know that earlier this week we ordered two Chicken Big Macs to try and only got one. She gave horrendous attitude and asked if I had my receipt. When I presented her with the receipt, she was completely in the wrong and still continued with piss poor service.

Went inside to order. Waited 10 minutes and no one took our order. I needed to use the mens room but it was locked. We left and went to dairy queen.

I typically don't write reviews but this behavior was disgusting and disturbing. I ordered a value meal and then kids meals for my kids through the drive-thru. I asked for ketchup for their sauce for their chicken nuggets. When I was at the window I politely asked the girl if I could have some ketchup for my fries. I am assuming it might have been the manager Sunday, 8/4 or the guy was wearing a gray shirt but he rudely handed me ketchup and told me that there was about 20 packets in the chicken nuggets Happy meals. I didn't go through every box ( Plus this was for my meal)and I told them sorry I didn't see that he proceeded to say "cuz you didn't even look". Which I'm pretty sure there was an f word before even. You could tell the girl working was mortified and told me to ignore his behavior but it was disgusting and I would think twice about this McDonald's due to that behavior. Especially when you have small children in the vehicle confused on why he yelled at me, and they could hear everything ?

I ordered a cheeseburger. The cheese was only half on the burger. I was the only customer in the drive-thru. There were no vehicles in the parking lot. It oddly took a few minutes to get help.
All of it would be understandable if it were busy, but it definitely was not. ??♀️

This review has been a long time coming. I've given them chance after chance to improve, spoken with managers and staff but nothing has gotten better. Where do I start? Long waits, rude staff, inaccurate orders 9 out of 10 times (no exaggeration there), serious health concerns (I'll get to that part). I go through the drive-thru here almost every day for iced coffee and often something to eat on my way to work. I stopped ordering food for the most part because I know that whatever I order is not going to be what I get. Lately the iced coffee has had almost no flavor, tastes like it's mostly water. When I say that they mess up orders let me just clarify that these aren't complicated orders either. For example, a cheeseburger with only ketchup. That single thing alone has been messed up all but two times. There are almost always onions on it as well. I don't understand how you could mess this up every single time. Especially when there's maybe one car in the drive-thru behind me and a few people in the restaurant. There are multiple drive-through staff that are completely rude and talk to you like you're an idiot. My suggestion is that if you don't like the service industry or dealing with customers, find a job where you don't have to do that. The biggest concern of all for me though was one day the drive-thru was pretty busy and nobody was inside so I went in. Big mistake. A young man came out of the bathroom with the cleaning supplies toilet brush in A young man came out of the bathroom with the cleaning supplies, freshly used toilet brush in hand, no gloves, and he set the toilet cleaning supplies on the order pickup counter. He then went straight to bagging up somebody's meal. Again, NO GLOVES. Maybe he washed his hands on the way out of the bathroom, but I doubt it. When he came back to get the cleaning supplies I said "hey buddy you should probably move the toilet cleaning supplies off of the counter where you place the food before your supervisor sees that." His response, and this is verbatim, a small chuckle and then "Oh, this isn't that kind of restaurant." Needless to say I lost my appetite, took my iced coffee and tossed my food in the trash after leaving. I worked at McDonald's when I was 14 or 15 and it was probably the easiest job I've ever had. I'm not saying that there aren't difficult days there or things that could potentially make the job harder but there's a reason it's a lot of kids first job. It's easy. Fast paced, yes. Difficult customers sometimes, yes. But the beauty of our country is that if you don't like something you can change it, including your job. I am officially done going to this McDonald's for good. Hopefully the owner reads this and decides to make some changes. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place.

No one there has a sense of customer service. Everyone always seems annoyed, mad, or inconvenienced by customers. Went there today and the employee in the 2nd window that gave me my food didn’t greet me or confirm the food he was handing over to me, basically threw the bag at me and shut the window. Don’t know his name, just a younger guy with dark brown hair and freckles.
