Leaving 0 stars for the horrendous “manager” Maddy. They were extremely busy so I was super patient and understanding. When I got up to the 2nd window (which was open) I could hear the “manager” on the phone with a customer in which they had messed up an order for. She was extremely rude to this person. After the call ended she and another worker were complaining about this customer and took zero accountability for their mess up. After sitting at the window for about 4 minutes listening to their complaining about this customer, I couldn’t take it anymore and piped up stating that they are extremely unprofessional and rude and that is not how people in customer service should be acting. The “manager” pretty much got in my face and I asked for her manager, in which she just kept replying she was the manager. I demanded a phone number for upper management at this point. They closed the window, I waited another extended amount of time and they gave me a ripped portion of bag with a 1-800 phone number-which is just for customer service. Then gave me my food which was missing food! So I said I’m missing food, and they threw another fit! Finally got the burger I was missing, got home to find out the bacon I paid an extra $2 for was not even on the burger. So I called (phone was not answered for 2 minutes) acted like I was not a part of the confrontation that happened about a half hour earlier, I spoke kind and gentle and was told to come back and get the burger. I was already home, 20 minutes away. She was snotty, so I asked for her name so I could call in the morning and talk to a different manager. She said she did not have to disclose her name, but Google does wonders-I was able to find her first and last name. She just graduated last year which would explain her lack of maturity, being courteous and disgusting acts of “professionalism”. Customer service is not her forte. I’m extremely disappointed and was terrified to eat my food, so I didn’t. Just terrible.
Absolutely awful customer service! Manager was extremely rude, no comprehension on manager skills! Her name is Maddy! They don't answer the phone when calling as they missed 5 sandwiches in an order that we waited over 20 minutes for. Then when performing her refund of cash she refunded the wrong amount and sandwiches! This is who we call " managers"!

9/10 they will get your order wrong in some way. Example - we have gotten hamburgers without the hamburger....yup - just 2 buns with sauce in middle. While the food is good for a McDs they need to work on checking orders over.
