When we got in there, they were doing online orders, but didn’t even acknowledge. We were standing there- not saying anything like.” I’ll be with you in a moment” . So we stood there for like 10 minutes.
I asked for a salad, and I got a shocked look on the workers face. I don’t think I shouldn’t have paid full price for a half a salad . When asking my daughter about what she wanted on her sub-…. rude is all I can say
I tried this place again considering last time there was hair baked into my bread (that’s why I went with a salad) I even let the manager know about it……👎🏻
I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one

The workers have been friendly and quick, but my order is messed up every time and the bread is always extremely burnt if you asked for it to be toasted to the point where the sandwich is no good.

Friendly staff
Very rude on the phone when they found out I used the mobile app to order my food. I wasn’t worried about the money, and I was at least nice enough to call and let them know I wasn’t coming for my subs due to me not driving far, This will probably be the last time I will order from them in Brillion.

the older lady making the sandwiches actually had the nerve to argue with me when I asked her to cut the bread like a normal sandwich. I dont want a wafer thin little flap of bread on the top. when she refused and continued to cut the bread the way I didn't want, I walked out. Absolutely horrible service from this lady.

Absolute clown show. Messy, sloppily made sandwiches. Much lower prices than most small town subways. Get a clue, charge more, pay more, train your staff.Gross and underwhelming! Subway isn't a super high standard to keep up with.

oh my golly gee these cookies are making me BUST a fat one. as you can see from my name, i am the cookie queen, and there is no establishment that makes cookies this good. i watched them make these cookies fresh, and oh my god was it heaven eating them. i am currently twinkling my toes and legitimately salivating thinking about them. the subs are pretty good too but oh my lawd them cookies
I have ordered 2 sandwiches so far and each time the same individual uses an unclean knife used from previous sandwiches that's still covered in ranch and/or mustard and whatever else to close and cut my sandwich. You'd think she'd have enough common sense to atleast wipe off the knife, especially since it looked like she was training someone. Even as a child I'd know better, terrible food handling. Short-haired lady with glasses really needs to retake some food handling/cross contamination classes. People can be allergic to something still on the knife! Whoever is running this place needs to have a much needed talk with their employees cuz this is disgusting.
