This place is phenomenal when you get someone who knows how to make the drinks. I come here pretty regularly so I know what my drink should look like and tastes like. The problem is there is no consistency. Early morning weekdays are the best time to go. The weekend crew doesn’t seem to care. I understand it can be hard to get help and train, but I don’t think that is an excuse. If I am supporting your small business and spending $7.00 on a drink, I do expect it to be right and I also expect to not be served with attitude. If you make it wrong and I question it, just fix it. That’s what will keep people coming back. If you have consistency, good drinks, and good customer service, you can’t lose!

Had the occasion to stop here while road-tripping Saturday afternoon. This little shop was so busy that they had 3 people working inside and a waiting line on both sides of the food trailer. We got 6 Chicago Style Hot Dogs and some chips. Dogs were good.

I'd rate them 4.5 stars. I'm a huge chicago dog fan so had to try their take on it. Good dog, good toppings, and price was great. Bun fell apart on me and wasn't popee seed but it wasn't bad. Didn't give me any napkins so I had quite a mess to contend with. I'd stop here again if I was in town.
